Amazing experience, beyond my expectations. Vishali and Stephanie on Team 1 are AMAZING! Both go out of their way to inform you , educate you, provide you with care and answer your questions thoroughly. Very professional and knowledgeable people. Both my husband and I felt comfortable addressing all our concerns with them. I 100% recommend these midwives to anyone. Sad to not have their services anymore as my baby is past 6 weeks old. Will definitely return for future pregnancy(ies).

Durham midwife’s are not good at all , they have a staff member on there Named Aliya , she was very rude to my husband on the phone and she told him he is not the one who is pregnant and I am focused on your wife only and told him you aren’t pregnant and I didn’t have to talk to you. At the time of this Phone call I was in pain and wanted him to speak to her about my pain. I have never met such a rude person before . My husband has been with me and has been taking care of me. I hope Aliya does not help Any other pregnant women . I was crying and she treated me like a number and has a very rude tone in her voice.Very unprofessional girl.

I had my baby with T2 in 2020. It was the best experience. My midwives were knowledgeable and supported me when I was struggling to feed my baby in the postpartum. Admin Kristen was amazing and went above and beyond for me. I wouldn't want to have a baby anywhere else.

This was my first pregnancy, and a long awaited one. I couldn't imagine going through pregnancy and labor without my amazing midwife on Team 4, Sanaz. I was very nervous and fearful of labor but Sanaz was always there to answer all my questions and hear me out about my concerns. She was so knowledgable, patient, kind and encouraging and she made my journey the most beautiful moments I have ever experienced. I am so grateful for her and the clinic for all their support.

They are the best , will definitely recommend.For our first baby in 2020 it was a home birth, my wife was really scared since it’s our 1st. Her midwife was really nice, made it easy and comfortable. After our son was born , they kept visiting i think for 3days or 1 week I can’t really remember. They checked my wife blood pressure, to make sure she was doing okay at every visit. The baby wasn’t left out in the care they really assisted my wife.We had our send baby with them as well but this time it was in Markham Stouffville Hospital it was another wonderful experience. Very comfortable delivery room , has different sections as well. They will remain the best for me and my family. Thanks for all the care and teachings plus handling my babies in beautiful ways.If we ever think about having more kids in future we will definitely use them again. I had an amazing experience with Midwifery Services of Durham. I felt valued from my very first intake visit. I was with Team 3 who all took the time to tend to me and baby. I loved how patient they were during our appointments answering any questions that I had. The students that assist are phenomenal and you wouldn’t know the difference between a student or certified midwife. We built a special relationship with Maddie and Allison who we normally saw during our visits, delivered our beautiful baby boy and cared for us postpartum. I will be applying for their services again for my second baby. Thank you Midwifery Services of Durham!

I was on team 2 and gave birth December 2020. I'm so happy with my decision to go with a midwife and will definitely be returning for future pregnancies. The midwives were warm, friendly and respectful during all visits. Appointments were never rushed and they happily answered any questions I had. I especially want to recognize the midwife who was present during my delivery - Isabel was amazing and I'm eternally grateful for the care she provided me during my delivery.

I had an amazing experience with Durham region midwives. This was my first pregnancy and the support I got was so amazing. Dana, Alison, Connie and the rest of the staff were so kind, patient and knowledgeable throughout my pregnancy, during my delivery and with postpartum care. During labour and delivery I felt fully supported and attended to the entire time which was really a blessing. I’m so grateful for these ladies for helping to make this process a smooth one and for their kindness. I would definitely recommend them to anyone having or planning to have a baby.

I was under the care of Durham Midwives throughout my pregnancy in 2021/2022. I would not return, nor do I recommend the clinic to anybody, ever. Throughout my numerous visits, I encountered many instances of a lack of competence, inability to resolve issues, and a lack of sympathy and general disregard for a pregnant women's voiced concerns. I felt the majority of my team to be highly inexperienced. One midwife specifically had made zero effort to make personal connections , at one point even confusing me as a 'support person' of her other patient .... She said to me Oh

Kristen at front desk is rude and loves to be the most unhelpful person ever. I had to transfer my files from USA and she didn’t make a single call to anyone to help. I had to keep calling multiple offices and emailing her to find out if she received anything after every round, all while I was severely sick and in bed. Together with midwife Rebecca, they conveniently removed me from their office and left me hanging to find a new care provider. Their reason? I missed one appointment.Disgusting and would never recommend.You deserve better so find a better midwife & team!
