We needed under cabinet lighting for our kitchen and a new chandelier for our dining room. The wonderful woman who helped us was kind, patient and knowledgeable while my wife and I went back and forth between multiple selections. From fixtures to lightbulbs she got us everything we needed. This is the second time we have used Crown Electric. The first time was short notice, and someone came the very next am. I don't have their names but they were efficient, on time and very professional in correcting the problem. The second time Tim and Hunter F. from Crown. was to move 2 receptacles, one for a new range and one for a new dishwasher. They not only completed that task, but connected the dishwasher completely saving us another service call. After answering a question about a range hood, they told my husband to go to Lowes while they were working and purchase our hood. Then then installed it as well. They were completely professional, time efficient, and cleaned up when finished. They even offered to take all the boxes and the old hood! Everyone assured us that they knew the problem as well as the solution, and we felt that we could trust their judgment. We would not hesitate to use Crown Electric in the future as we were completely satisfied. I found the company on Next-door Neighbor where the reviews there were so positive. Bar none, the most stress-free place to pick up supplies and parts for wiring and plumbing jobs. They have an excellent selection of PVC conduit, fair prices on wire (considering the upward trend of 2021), and incredibly knowledgeable people at the parts counter. There's a lot to be said for showing up, telling someone what you need, getting help with what you may not know, and being out the door 15 minutes later.

Wound up with the wrong wire on my previous trip and didn’t realize till after the return window. Went back needing the correct wire and having low expectations that they’d take back the old one. To my surprise they were very helpful and gave me a full refund for the incorrect wire. The great customer service will keep me coming back even though it’s not the closest place to my house. Highly recommend!

Another locally owned and operated business gem. Sometimes you want/ need a real live person, and not just a chat box on a web site. Easy drive, plenty of parking, lots of choices, and very knowledgeable and helpful people.
