Tony Roma's Restaurant and Lounge.
The food was great. The service was not good. At the first entry. We were standing first in line and the server walked around us and asked the gentleman behind us if anyone else was joining him. He said, excuse me but these ladies are ahead of me. We gave our drink orders, mine was regular tea. I had to call waitress to ask for tea bag, then teaspoon and sugar, never received my water. Racism hurts

Nice quiet place to take seniors. My grandparents can't handle the noise of most restaurants but because this place is so big, it never seems to get too loud for them. The food is always very good, a bit old fashioned in it's presentation and offerings...but we know that going in. The staff are great! The place is always clean. The bountiful beef ribs are so incredibly tender...just love them. Wish we could afford to eat here more often but it is pricey. Not really in our budget...family of 4..but the kids meals are good and affordable. Love that they get veggies & dip as an appetizer. Everyone loves it! Great idea for hungry cranky kids.

We just had a great 11 person meal at this location. Although we arrived and ordered individually over a span of several hours our server Cody was excellent and the food was great and service was timely . Job well done. We will be back.

Tony Roma's Restaurant and Lounge.
This is the 27$ sirloin steak. It has been reduced it size to 6oz.I would recommend going to Moxie's Grill & Bar and getting the Honey Garlic Sirloin for 30$. It's 2 dollars more but it's not dry and you get a additional 2oz.

A nice eatery for ribs and steaks, and some seafood. Good service and decent food. A very basic selection on their menu.

Went there tonight with staff from the office. I will not be returning. I ordered a med rare prime rib. I got a well done prime rib. It was taken back and returned the same way so I had to order something else because they said that's how their med rare is served. The veggies were still raw. They never apologized or even gave me a discount. One of the other girls order a pecan cheesecake. She got 2 cookies and a scoop of ice cream. She had to send it back. None of us will be back and you can be sure we are telling our friends about our experience. There were only 4 other tables there so it wasn't as though they were busy. Do not recommend this place at all. Go to the Keg....Much better food. Everyone was done eating before I finally got my meal.

It was ok. Had the steak but probably should have had the ribs. Not really a steak place. Our server was awesome as we were there with a large group. Substituted veggies instead of a potato and it was no problem. Good wings as an appetizer

Had supper shared with my 90 yr old mother had rib plate food was good(beef long runs reg.sauce) Staff was courteous and Friendly and my dogs loved the bones. Dessert made my mom happy really enjoyed. All in all food good service good just don't be in a rush

Worst ribs we've ever had! What a rip off!! Inedible! We have been to several other Tony Roma's locations and it's always been great. Couldn't eat over half of our ribs, too tough and stringy! When we complained to the manager he started explaining the difference between back and side ribs(Really!!) and to make it up to us gave us a cheesecake to share with 4 people. Not good enough! At almost $30. per dinner! Service wasn't good either.
