Worst customer service I have seen in a furniture store. That whole line has furniture stores and I went to a few and was greeted really nicely and got a positive response. This place I walked into had 2 people not going to say what gender but one of them was just chilling on the sofa while other just kept talking on the phone . Long story short I would not recommend this place.

Reasonable prices and good selection. But poor quality in my experience.I bought an L-shape sofa with firm cushions which i was assured would last 15+ years and I was told it's their best quality sofa. Paid around $1600. Within 1.5 years the fabric is piling and feels terribly rough, stitching is coming apart, the wood frame of the sofa is creaking and squeaking all over, and the cushions are losing their firmness. We're a small family and we're lightweight, this shouldn't be happening already.Really disappointed overall.

As first time home buyers, me and my wife entered this store with hundreds of questions of what to look in specific when buying furniture. We were pleasantly surprised by Neeta and her positive demeanor. Not only she patiently listened to what we had to say and ask, but also gave us all the details that no other store has ever provided. She educated us about the materials and styles of different types of sofas and sectionals. Additionally, she was kind enough to look at the pictures of our newly bought home and also gave some furniture placement tips (which we would have never known otherwise).All in all, the best customer experience so far. She never pushed to sell and held up her honest repertoire, which for me is the attribute of highest regard.Will definitely go here again and will make sure to promote this business with all my friends and family.

We are so pleased with our purchases! Deliveries went smoothly as well including the set up service. Our sales-rep was Kamal Singh who is very easy to deal with and very responsive. We highly recommend this location for any furniture needs

Not trustworthy. They will push a sale and then not take any responsibility for any issues once payment is taken. Really bad experience, where i witnessed arguing with the customer and making them leave empty handed after still taking their money. Not ethical and surprised with how they can still be in business. Just read other reviews and will see the common theme of terrible customer service. Real shame. Save yourself the time energy and time and shop somewhere else.

Its a family owner business and the Store Manager/Owner Kamal is an extremely honest and genuine person; and gives your very honest genuine advice.We got Ashley Recliner Sofa set for our Living room for almost half the price we saw on Ashley's website. We were given the delivery date after 4 weeks but they delivered it early! My wife is extremely pleased with the sale.
