I cannot say enough good things about this business, the staff and the owners. When my husband and I were looking at engagement rings a few years back, Karen went above and beyond to even color in a stone with a sharpie so I could see how it would look with a black diamond. Sarah and Hailey have also been nothing short of amazing with designing my second ring this year, as well as helping with other pieces. I wish I could better explain how well they all take care of you, and make sure they nail down exactly what you are after. You will not regret using them for any of your sparkly needs or wants!!

3 years ago my husband and I planned a shotgun wedding in only 6 weeks, and without even being engaged. With 2 weeks to go before the wedding we walked into Canadian Jewellers to look for rings. The staff was amazing at showing us what was available for short notice, which wasn’t easy for husband’s large fingers! A week prior to our wedding our house was broken into and my wedding band had been stolen. So 2 days before the wedding Canadian Jewellers again was so helpful at finding a band that would match the engagement ring we had picked out less than 2 weeks prior! 10/10 service and products!

Canadian Jewellers just goes out of there way to help! So it’s 5:30pm Christmas Eve and my son forgot to get his girlfriend a gift, I wrack my head of who is open and can’t think of anywhere so I called CJ just to see and they were literally closing in 5-10 mins, we rushed over and the sales lady was incredible found him a beautiful necklace and a ornament for her. Gift wrapped it and also gave him a huge Choc bar for his girl and a gift certificate for bowling at Banquet.As well as when my mom passed away years ago I inherited her wedding rings which I desperately wanted resized to wear to her funeral and they did them so quickly and didn’t even charge me for the service, just another way they take care of there customers.The staff has always been amazing we have shopped with them many times but this Christmas Eve was by far my favourite experience that saved a 17 year old boy!!Thank you so much to the amazing staff, for continued service that goes above and beyond.

Sara was very helpful and professional with my whole experience picking out the right Diamond and the perfect ring set, the whole experience was delightful and friendly and Sara always message me back in a fashion time during business hours.I highly recommend Sara for anyone that's looking for something special for their love one.

We always enjoy our shopping experience at Canadian Jewellers. We purchased my replacement wedding ring after the 2016 wildfire and the staff was so kind and did not rush us. Since then we return regularly for personal and family gifts, not only for the service but the quality of the products as well. Highly recommend.
