After booking many trips through Elwyn at Expedia Cruises in Victoria for the past 15 years, I can say that we have never been disappointed. Elwyn has guided us well and was instrumental in our holidays being tailored to us, fun and memorable. We will continue to work with Elwyn as we venture to new destinations in the future. Chris was brilliant at arranging a trip for me and my extended family. It was our first time on a cruise and he provided great advice and insider information that you don’t get when you book your own trip online. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and kept us well informed throughout the whole booking process, (which was more complicated than I thought it would be!) I would definitely book a trip through him and Expedia Cruises again!

I have done a lot of travelling in the past 15 to 20 years and, without a doubt, the best service I have received is from Expedia Cruise (Shelbourne Branch)! My Travel Agent is second to none! She knows my adventurous spirit so keeps her eye open for trips that satisfy that part of my soul. She also knows the different types of trips I make, depending on who I'm travelling with -- right down to finding the perfect travel partner if it looks like I may be travelling solo -- so takes all of those factors into consideration when she's looking at options for me. She keeps an eye out for deals on trips/tours, flights and accommodation and forwards articles and tips that she thinks may be of interest or helpful for my upcoming journey. She even responded when I was stranded off the continent and had to get home quickly because of a family emergency; I was on the next possible flight home and it was all thanks to her. I know that Ramona is only one of the wonderful staff that work at Expedia Cruise but I can recommend her without question. The company itself -- including the owner -- stand behind and support her when anything goes awry or decisions have to be made in the moment. ExpediaCruise and my Travel Agent, Ramona are simply the best!

My wife and I are being helped at the Shelbourne St. Expedia by John Doan, who has gone out of his way to explain every detail of our proposed trip to Prague, with the occasional assistance of his colleague, Nicole. We are greatly impressed by his patience and good humour, essential qualities when dealing with seniors, and with the care he has shown in both researching our flights and keeping us up to date with his progress. Our experience is encouraging us to come back to Expedia for future trips.

Well if COVID hadn't of happened I would have enjoyed a wonder trip last June that Kathy Creighton had arranged. Kathy worked diligently to get a full refund when we could not travel. I am looking forward to booking with Kathy again as travel opens up. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kathy to anyone I know. She was very helpful every step of the way :)

Lynn Arnold was fantastic in booking my family's cruise from Australia around New Zealand. Lynn booked us into a room that had the best location for the amenities on the boat. I also like that I can get all my vacation connections and accommodations in one place, so if there are uncertain things that happen, I have it all in one place. Using a travel agent doesn't necessarily cost you more but I like having that human contact and I know she wants me to have as great a vacation as she would want for herself and family, that is priceless.

I had the pleasure to be part of a group of ladies from Victoria that booked a cruise to Alaska with Expedia representative, Stephanie Poole. Stephanie made all the tour arrangements for each port and when one of the tours had to be cancelled, she went the extra mile and gave us other activity options. Our trip started with a Limo taking us to the Cruise terminal which added a special touch to our vacation. Special arrangements were made for meals, which included making sure that her one client with celiac was royally looked after. From beginning to end all our questions and concerns were answered and everything was fantastic.We all felt Stephanie went above and beyond as she cared about our needs. I am looking forward to my next adventure, which, with Stephanie’s assistance, will be worry free. I would highly recommend Stephanie to anyone.
