We bought a large refrigerator, our seller ( Almar) refused to bring inside and left it in our garage... we called around and no one wanted to drive up north to do it. I needed to move my upright Kawai K300 piano from basement to first floor for renovation, therefore I used their service 2 times. First time - moving up was very good and professional (about 3 months ago), my piano was moved perfectly smooth although it was in the middle of winter with full of ice and snow. This time - moving back down as renovation finished, they chipped my piano (brand new 2 years old) at the bottom by bumping it to the door and chipped my staircase outside when removing the support ladder. The movers seemed to be in a hurry and not careful enough for the job. We pay a lots more for piano movers because we want our pianos moved with dedication :(. What can I do about it? Obviously, the chip is not major enough to get a brand new one :(. I am very disappointed with them this time and won't recommend them to anyone. Well, at least in my case, this is the only thing I can do :(.

Moventune provided great service for a short move, at short notice. I was able reach someone on the phone right away (a miracle these days!). Every person I spoke to was friendly, prompt, efficient and totally professional. I just used other movers with poor results. Moventune will be my go to" movers from now on. I used them years ago

Moventune did a flawless job delivering our most precious possession, a Steinway O shipped directly from the factory in NYC. They picked it up from the customs warehouse (tricky in and of itself...), uncrated it, and then delivered it safely up three flights of stairs, all during a snowstorm! Tom was communicative throughout the process and his guys were true professionals. It took some seriously expert and careful maneuvering to move it in. I was expecting to have to look away, but they handled it so smoothly and confidently I just snapped photos the whole time.Very highly recommended!

We used Moventune 4 times in our new home, in the space of three months for work requiring precision and extreme care not to damage anything. They were, hands down, the best moving crews with whom I have ever dealt. They were incredibly responsive to our needs; they were able to be flexible with the scheduling; the crews were on time and absolutely professional and courteous. They assessed the logistics before even touching anything so that the process went completely smoothly. Even when this involved a 600lb range that had to be removed from an already finished kitchen with a marble island in the way. And always with a smile and good humour - amazing - really! These guys have super human strength and got the piano I inherited out of a really tricky spot. They were prompt (actually early), and stored the piano for me at no extra charge until I moved into my new house. They were super friendly and I would recommend them to anyone!
