My parents were having a difficult time finding someone to remove dead trees from their yard. I found The Urban Arborist via a quick Google search. They live up to their reviews. They were prompt in responding to the request, actually completed the job in a shorter time frame than initially anticipated (came on the Friday for a consultation and had a crew in on the Monday), and completed the work quickly and professionally. Highly recommended

This team is amazing from start to finish in the entire process. Last Fall, Jason did a site inspection and quote without needing to interrupt our work day. He honoured the quote even though several months had lapsed (fortunately the tree hadn't grown much). Tara in the office was friendly and responsive, even when she accidentally picked up when the office was closed. And the day of the removal, Vee and William were fantastic. They were efficient and thorough and cleaned up the site beautifully (they removed our 2-storey blue spruce). They were professional and friendly and answered our questions without hesitation. The entire team made the process easy and without any hiccups or miscommunications. I would recommend them to anyone who needs tree removal and service with a smile :-).

Jason and his crew are great. Very professional, they listen to what you want & make suggestions only if necessary. always come on time & clean everything up before they leave. I have had fruit trees trimmed and the fruit is bigger and better now.

I'm pleased with the service that I received. They were polite and worked well together, like a well oiled machine. I was concerned because they were taking down a Blue Spruce that was split at the bottom and I have a pool right beside it. They cleaned everything up and even skimmed everything that fell in the pool. They were fantastic! Thank you so much.

We had a very large Honey Locust pruned . Jason was so great. He listened to our concerns and gave us a very good explanation of the work to be done. He is very knowledgable and I think their pricing is very reasonable.. The crew arrived on time the next week and were so great to deal with and they worked as a team which is very nice. It took almost the whole day to complete the job, but they knew exactly what to do and in the end, our Honey Locust was so well trimmed and balanced. We couldn't be happier. When they left late afternoon, everything was well cleaned as if they were never here. We can't recommend enough The Urban Arborist for any tree service you might need!! Thank you!!

The crew did a fantastic job pruning overgrown trees and shrubs; also removed several dead shrubs. They arrived on time and completed the job in a thorough manner. Also cleaned up really well. Front and back yards were spotless when they left. Highly recommended.
