The staff are helpful and there is always good deals. I love that they have small to bigger sizes and the quality of clothing is amazing. All the winter and rain gear is great for daycare and will make it through a few kids before needing to be replaced.

Nice clothes in this store, pretty much what you have in most of these stores of this type. Latest style of jackets, sweaters, hoodies and pants ect. prices were not bad on the sale items. I had to return an item that I had purchased and they took it back with not a problem at all. Thanks Mountain Warehouse

Purchased a down vest for our son, and after two weeks it started ripping in two places. Tried to return for exchange or replacement and were told that there was nothing that could be done, and we needed to call customer service. Won’t purchase from here again - poor quality and even worse customer service.

I enjoy the product, but the store is cramped. Also the staff could use some work. If they aren't trying to bully you into buying something, they ignore you completely, while you stand there at the till waiting while they stand there( at the till) and chit chat amongst themselves. Product is really great though.

I've had some good and some bad from this place.Bought one of the packable rain layers and it doesn't keep you dry at all. My clothes were soaked under it last time I used it. I tried to return it (unfortunately didn't have a receipt because I had bought it 6 months previously) and they made me feel like I had stolen it. Decided to just pay the money to get a Columbia rain layer at Mark's.My son bought a bike lock and it fell apart after 2 uses.The zip up fleece coats I bought from here were good. No issues with those.My recommendation is be very careful what you're buying.

I purchased a ski jacket last year for my daughter as it was such a great deal and put it aside for this year. she started wearing it this Nov, and a month later the zipper came right off. I threw away my receipt as I didn’t think I would need it, and went on their website to see if their customer service could do a replacement or give me a credit for an new coat as my daughter needed one. I was very happy as they replied to my email very quickly and offered to give me store credit to use towards a new coat! Very happy with their customer service and will continue shopping at Mountain Warehouse.
