My experience was amazing, from my first contact with Jacquie to arriving at the location and Travis shop foreman who was the first person who took interest in my issues with fault codes. Travis didn’t rush me along cleared my codes and send me off but he reviewed and suggested if they could go ahead and take a few hours to diagnose the issue. He was professional and very knowledgeable on my codes. He predicted a certain part was malfunctioning. I returned the next morning and once the diagnostic was completed he provided me with a clear understanding of all parts and labour cost. He promised my truck would be ready by end off the day and to his word all work was completed and they also found a few little issues that was also fixed.I was truly impressed from the moment my call was answered to receiving my keys of the complete professional manner I was treated.What impressed me the most of the care and professional ethics they offered as I’m not from Leathbridge AB I’m from British Columbia but that didn’t seemed to matter at all.My number one choice for all my repairs will no doubt be this dealership even if I am required to drive out of route.Thanks leathbridge PeterbiltSincerely,Marc BastienOwner OperatorSelect Classic Carriers

Peterbilt in lethbridge was awesum they got me in on short notice and they were done on my company truck in 45 mins and I was gone in one hour. Very impressive from Dixon and Dillon in service to Casey the mechanic who fixed it. I would like to say thank you to Kelly the receptionist who help me n who seemed to be working at different areas of the business. She deserves a raise n she looked very happy n smiling but again thank you for everyone's help. I would again like to thank the great people at Peterbilt Lethbridge as I mostly deal with the service department but everyone is very friendly and when walk in and get treated by Kelly she mks you feel like it's a family business. I would highly recommend Peterbilt Lethbridge for your trucking needs from parts to service. Thank you

Friendly but mechanics can only do work on newer trucks. No experienced hands to work on older trucks. But they did recommend Ken worth down the street cause that dealership has some old school mechanics there that can fix older trucks.(2005+older)

Ordered a new 389 with Curtis Tillmanns , he was great and fun to deal with, he is very knowledgeable and appreciate his patience with me as I would change my mind on some things after order was placed , but it never was a problem to make the changes. When truck showed up there was a few flaws do to the part shortages and Covid , but Curtis addressed them all and had the shop resolve everything. Thanks to the Shop Dillon, Phil , Ray and Kim for the great continuing work . This was my second truck I ordered with Curtis and I’m sure it won’t be my last . Thanks Curtis for the hard work you do and the patience you have with us and always a friendly smile and the professional attitude. Thanks again from us both Jacob & Wilma Hengstmengel
