It was a great experience thanks to very friendly and professional staff...

The wait was horrible. The staff didn't seem attentive or cared about my concerns. After waiting over two hours for my appointment, the tech seemed to rush through the entire process. I would give zero stars if I could. Disgraceful.

The ultrasound tech could of killed my mom the most rude and harshest person she ever met! My mom broke her neck in three places in a car accident and has a serious head injury so she’s in a neck brace and the tech just said she couldn’t see her accident on file then she started her extremely rough treatment on my mom she was in so much pain for that half hour I couldn’t even explain in words then after she was done my mom asked for help up and the tech just said do it yourself and stormed off my mom is in serious condition she was so scared she couldn’t move she had to use all her strength to figure out how to get up, she could of fallen out of bed and displaced her neck completely (her c1 vertebrae is broken) could of caused her to become completely paralyzed. NEVER send anyone here you care about

I did not choose this location to get a lecture on how at 36 years old my mailing address should not be my parents. You don't know my reasons or my medical. I won't be back to this location.

Terrible reception staff. Extremely rude and dismissive whether it be on the phone or in person.Luckily the ultrasound tech I saw was extremely sweet, caring and friendly. However, I will still be requesting that none of my future ultrasounds be here.

If you phone the office instead of saying that they are closed over the noon hour, their answering machine goes on about an agent" will be with you shortly. An Agent???? What a strange way to present a welcoming and attentive atmosphere. That is only the beginning of the lack of patient caring. Been sent by to do abdominal ultrasound, the staff were really nice! The lady that took care of my ultrasound was very calming, talk to me and explain everything. She also show me my baby so I’ll see everything is ok. Was very pleased with this place.
