I really enjoyed my experience with Mountain Mac Solutions! Jonathan is courteous, friendly and non-judgemental. I could ask very basic questions and he helped me understand and feel more confident using my computer. He helped me to lessen my stress around computers! I will definitely use his services again and recommend him highly! It was excellent service!!!

I recently had an issue with my Mac Book Pro and Mountain Mac Solutions fixed it up no problem. It was a really positive experience! Johnathan was professional and courteous. He happened to be in town and offered to pick up my computer. Turn around time was impressive, he had the part on hand and fixed it up for next day pickup. I'm super grateful and would definitely recommend :)

Mountain Mac Solutions is by far the the best business I have dealt with regarding my apple products. The customer service was incredible, as was the wealth of knowledge encompassed by Jonathan. He is efficient and affordable and I would definitely recommend to all Mac users in the Kootenays!

I recently brought my 2011 imac to Jon to have him service it and give it a makeover. Jonathan not only serviced my imac and gave it an upgraded facelift, but he was extremely kind and personable. He genuinely wanted to get me the best bang for my buck. I can't say enough about how impressed I was with his work and will be using him in the future for any mac issues and needs!

Living in a remote community has made trouble shooting my computer issues quite difficult. Jonathon has managed to assist in all my issues from the simplest technical issues ( well to him perhaps) to focusing on education to ensure I am getting the most effective use from my devices. He has done this with patience and humour, both essential for a non techie like myself. I leave our sessions feeling much more confident and definitely less stressed!

We (My husband and I ) highly recommend Mountain Mac Solutions. We have tried many computer repair places in Nelson, and we now only go to Johnathon at Mountain Mac Solutions. He is always professional and friendly, and takes the time to explain things. We have brought our computers, and phones in for repairs multiple times and have never been disappointed. He is always a pleasure to do business with and I really like that we can trust him to do a good job and always be honest with us.

I had been to a computer store to fix a couple problems with my new mac mini, although the problem wasn't resolved. I also contacted Apple about this problem. They seemed confused and couldn't figure it out, so no resolution there. When I found out about Johnathan, I took my computer to him. After about an hour of his time, my problems were finally dealt with. It's nice to be able to sit with him while he goes through the issue which is something you don't generally get when you take your computer into a store. So, I highly recommend his services.
