Personnellement, j'ai eu un très bon service. Les jeunes femmes sont toujours prêtent à répondre à vos question et vous guide vers les produit parfait pour vous! J'ai aimé mon expérience pour ma part.

Staff’s woman doesn’t help. Only want customer paid fast and leave. Even I want to join membership. She made by her own decision to finish transaction and tell me to join next time. Actually she can cancel that transaction and re-do again to make sure put my name, phone number and email address to their computer system. I never seen the staff like this, so lazy and not responsible. Actually she was very selfish. She did what she like. I felt so angry. She made me lost 10% discount off for the stuffs. I was not happy with their service and never go back again. I am will choose another company to buy. Really except this brand. She made her company loss business is her fault.

I went in here to browse and I found something to buy. Today, they had items on sale so that worked in my favour. When I was about to pay, the lady got us to pick from a box and we got 40 percent off. Yeah! The cashier was really nice and provided great service.

When I shopped there this weekend they were 4 or 5 on the floor, ni other customer and it took a while before I was served. I dont care Much about that but I bought 4 pairs of panties for 45$ and two of them ripped at the same spot. Obviously I cannot bring them back or have it reimbursed since they are underwear. I do not recommend buying panties there , since they are 9verpriced and rip easily. The other pairs I got from knotty knickers are way less expensive and never ripped, EVER! Spend your money wisely. La senza is not what it used to be.

J'ai été me chercher des nouvelles brassières et Geneviève est formidable. Elle connaît les modèles et sait exactement quoi t'amener pour obtenir le résultat recherché. Elle est patiente et toujours souriante. Je n'achète pas de brassière si elle n'est pas la! Les autres employés aussi sont bien gentilles et très courtoise. Lâche pas Geneviève, tu donnes un service à la clientèle aux dessus de mes attentes. Merci!
