I purchased my 2011 Escape from D&D almost exactly a year ago.I took it for a good test drive, checked things out myself, and decided to purchase.I did get a mailing from MPI within the first month after purchasing, saying they wanted to validate the safety, which unveiled a couple rather minor issues that needed to be addressed (an exhaust hanger and a non functional interior door handle).I contacted Dragon, and he got my vehicle in within the time allotted by MPI, and everything has been smooth sailing since.I’ve put on about 20k kms, and have only done minor regular maintenance on the vehicle, and new rubber.I think some people need to realize, you’re purchasing a used vehicle, with some purchasing 10 year old or older vehicles, you’re not purchasing a trouble free brand new car with a bumper to bumper warranty. The warranties offered at D&D are Lubrico warranties, and offer the bare minimum coverage. These are things you all should have done your homework on before you purchased.I purchased my vehicle from D&D based on the condition, low mileage, and my own personal inspection, not based on a totally useless Lubrico warranty. If you want a better warranty that covers more things, I suggest you find a dealer that offers SAL warranty, but be prepared to pay around 3 grand for it.Overall, I’m very happy with my Escape, and I look forward to many more years with it, if the terrible drivers of Manitoba can refrain from smashing into me.

If anyone comes on here and says they were taken, you have no one else to blame but yourself. Dragon does his own financing because he knows most that come to him can't get a loan from anywhere else. Where do you think he is getting these vehicles? Look underneath. The under carriage is virtually brown. Check the VIN with manufacturer and a majority are coming from Eastern Canada. I checked several. Highland Ford" Sault St. Marie-salt salt salt. These vehicles are bottom of the barrel."

I purchased a truck. It required maintenance and was told the oil change and other basic maintenances would be completed before I took possession of the truck in two days time. I didn't think I was making a deal playing child games so I didn't feel the need to verify this was done. My mistake. They did not do the work as promised, and now avoid my phone calls. Dragon or DD auto finance do not stand by their word. This cost me an extra $400 to get done at another shop; belt change, oil, lights, transfer case oil change, etc.

Bought a 2010 Kia Soul a year ago and shortly after purchasing the cruise control had to be replaced which they did for me, less than a year later the same part had to be replaced but wouldn't be covered under warranty. They did a decent job of doing rust cover up with paint for when it was being sold but it's already starting to flake off and the rust is coming through. Alternator went 6 months in and I ended up just getting another shop to do it as it wasn't worth dragging it across the city to wait for it to get fixed. Buyer beware, this is the archetypal used car lot.

Vehicle kilometers almost 50,000km more than shown in Ad. Rocker panels rotten. Interior plastic broken. False advertising.truck looks mint in ad.Wasted 45 minutes driving down to this dealership to look at a truck. All the parts cars parked out front should tell you all you need to know.I don't think some businesses have figured out how powerful the internet is yet.Based on what I saw today, all the negative reviews on this business are accurate.Baught a car from these guys 15 years ago so I decided to ignore the reviews and check it out myself. They have really gone downhill, it's a shame.negitvate 5 stars for these guys.

Bought a 2010 Ram July long weekend and have had no issues with it. Drivers seat was torn and they replaced the whole leather part on the bottom of the seat and did not charge me extra for it. I will definitely buy from them again.

Absolute garbage dealer and anyone who has bought here says the same thing. Bought an 05 dodge years ago. Seemed good at the time. Within a month I put $1300 worth of work into it. Water pump was leaking. I was told it was just the AC unit. Did not receive the key for the locking lug nuts, and the tires that came on it had to have been 10 years old and wouldn't pass an inspection. I was young and Dragon definitely took advantage of my lack of knowledge as a first time buyer. This dealer has been in small claims court more that once! Please stay away. Not sure how they are still in business. They take miles out vehicles that have been through hell and make them look good enough to sell.

This business deserves all the negative reviews that it has received! My daughter put a $500 deposit on a car that Dragan was selling over a week ago. He told my daughter he was just going to have the car looked over and she could pick it up the next day… fast forward a week, she still doesn’t have the car, he has nothing but excuses as to why it’s not done… he always promises “tomorrow” but tomorrow never seems to come.He promised to refund my daughter her deposit after all this hassle… and we are still waiting for that!!! Maybe that will be “tomorrow” too!!

The truck I purchased from Dragan broke down (full engine failure) on the way home from the dealership just after I signed the paperwork. Thankfully Dragan let me return the vehicle. Still out $1000 for the down payment, i don't think Dragan intends to give it back. EXTREAMLY hard to get a hold of anyone at the dealership. You basically have to show up in person and there is still a good chance no one can help you. Should have read the reviews before hand. Won't make that mistake twice. The truck was a black 2013 dodge ram 1500 (1C6RR7FPXDS501909)

I do not trust D&D to sell me a stick of gum, let alone a vehicle. To make a painfully long story short, they sold me a truck with a falsified safety while telling me that it was a lovely vehicle and that it had nothing wrong with it.I did not have the vehicle for 11 weeks as they were ordered by MPI to repair the NINE things that should have failed the safety. They even had to do some of the repairs twice because MPI was not satisfied with the first repair. They showed no signs of caring for the safety of their customers when I made the mistake of buying a vehicle from them, and I doubt they care now. Please, for your own safety and financial well-being, do not buy a vehicle from them.
