The guys at the shop are awesome. They informed me of warranty issues before the dealership did! Trust and value goes a long way!!!!

I called Ryan to inquire about a side view mirror that I needed replaced and although I didn't end up using his services in the end. He was so helpful and went out of his way to find the best deal on a replacement mirror. Any future body work I need to get done I will be bringing to west end auto care! Thank you so much for all your help!

I got my tires switched out from Summer to Winter and they were quick and efficient. They also let me come back on my own time a week later as well to get the bolts tightened and was in and out in under two minutes.Friendly, good price and excellent service.

Do not bring your vehicle here, we were forced to use them because of the warranty company and they were not honest and upfront about costs. To boot, when I picked up the car after a small repair the car wouldn't start (they drained the battery) and had 4 warning lights on....they don't take pride in their work and obviously are crooks. Nationwide is the warranty company that forced us to use them and am filing a complaint with them as well...let's see if they are as dishonest as West End. We told them numerous time we only wanted work done if covered by warranty...had at least 5-7 opportunities to mention costs and waited until I needed my keys before they revealed. Do not bring your car here!!!!

I will be putting a very detailed description of how careless they were with diagnosing the issue with my vehicle. Their carelessness cost 1000s of dollars, and I will be hiring a lawyer in the near future. My recommendation is to avoid this body shop.

Ive had both my vehicles serviced there one is a full size diesel pickup. Ryan will listen to the concerns i have and run down what he did to fix any issues that i had with me so I understand what the problem was. If something went side ways he contacted me via txt or phone call to give me options so there were no suprise expenses! Great group working there keep up the great work. They really do put the customer first and go out of there way to make it right the first time.
