Napa Auto Parts to the rescue!!! This place is amazing!!! My daughter was scheduled to take her drivers test in 25 mins and we were out doing a few more practice parks when someone alerted us to the fact I had a brake light out. Panic set in!!! My daughter had been waiting 3 months for the test!! We were close to Canadian Tire so I ran in and explained my emergency situation to a man that looked very uninterested and then said sorry can’t help try Napa across the street. I again explained my emergency situation offering to pay whatever it takes.... this time the the gentleman behind the counter smiled and said sure we will help you. In 15 mins we were on the road again....I’m sitting at DMV writing this while my daughter is taking her test! This is amazing service by a place that actually cares.... the bill under $40. When I offered to pay an emergency fee he again smiled and said....we don’t have emergency fees.

Had a difficulty time trying to find headlights in major shops across LML. NAPA auto has always been my go to place in Alberta and finding what I need at a good price here solidifies it to not waste your time anywhere else for auto parts.

Good staff but if your calling forget it they have only answered the phone once over the last may years I’ve been a customer, I’ve always had to call other stores and get them to price things out and have them sent to this location. It’s a shame they just never answer their phone. I’ve tried from many different numbers and multiple other people have tried too over the years and if they do ever answer they just leave on hold indefinitely.

I experienced great windshield washer problem service from the 2 young professionals working at Napa Abbotsford today. This included car care, clear understandable explanations delivered with respect and certainly didn’t cause me to feel stupid. As a retired senior female I am cautious about who I trust. All service was completed today, before the freezing rain we are expecting, and at a fair price.As I waited in the lobby for my vehicle to be done, I witnessed customers, that interacted with the front office young man, who were all treated like good friends or relatives. I was very interested in the knowledge he shared.On my way out, the mechanic spent some time searching for the source of an odd clicking sound that my engine was making. We decided that it would be safe to check that out in January.I will be back!Thank you guys and Merry Christmas!

Ordered a cup style expansion/ freeze plug 7/8 . Had to come in 4 times personally , t they ordered the wrong plug 4 times in 2 days . Finally giving up and ordering on Amazon.

After trying to match my 1980 RV oddball wiper blades literally everywhere I could think of and having no luck I stopped in at NAPA. The friendly staff ordered in a few different types from their warehouse and sure enough, they found a match for me. Even direct emails to the wiper manufacturer did not solve my problem but NAPA did. Many thanks. The other big parts store just lost another customer because of service.
