It was my sister's graduation yesterday and I went to Earls to have dinner with my family. EMMA, the lady who served us, was AMAZING! She was extremely friendly, kind and patient. She went above and beyond. She was absolutely amazing. She even helped us fix our table and saved us from having to sit in separate places. Thank you so much Emma for your wonderful service. Places become memorable and fun because of staffs like you! We appreciate your service. Overall, the staff was really friendly and cheerful, which made the atmosphere even more pleasant. And the food was amazing, as well as the quality. Great experience!

Our service was very rude and not polite, our food took a long time getting delivered to us. We were charged for the garlic bread, however we’re not asked if we wanted garlic bread or informed that it would an extra charge for garlic bread. Normally when I go I get the yam fries and dynamite roll but today I wanted to try something new and our server made the vibe very unpleasant but the establishments is still beautiful and provides get food

Busy location, good standard food that's always up to par with the chain standards, underestimates how much spice you can take.The entrees were great, well cooked and presented in a pleasant way.Sides and appys are quick and easy. Accommodate the allergy, even though the process took a lot more effort than it should have. In fact we went because at a different location it was much more painless.Reliably rated between gourmet restaurants and home style restaurants.

What a lovely visit! When arriving at the restaurant we were seated quickly and we were quickly greeted by our server Andrew! Andrew by far was one of the best servers I’ve had in a long time. He was incredibly attentive, refilled our drinks without needing to be asked. He had a lovely personality and is very personable. He handled our groups dietary restrictions with impressive ease. Honestly, if I could have a server like Andrew every time I went out to a restaurant I would! The staff clearly know how to run a restaurant well. I will definitely be back to this Earl’s next time I’m in Edmonton! Thanks Andrew!

we went on new year, service was good and staff was hospitable and wearing new year hats in fun mood.but i dint like my experience much as they were playing hockey match (which i dont follow)i went with expectations of music suiting new year time.food was good though

Came here to spend Sunday afternoon to watch the basketball game. We were seated in a booth in the bar area. Great view of the TV's. Our server was great, she was friendly. We told her we would be there for awhile and ordering food periodically and she was very attentive throughout the time we were there.Drinks were great. The coconut mint margarita was really good. Food was good. Did not really like the chicken karaage though. The chicken wings and truffle fries were really good. Overall we had a good experience at Earls location.

Went in time for happy hour so the savings are great. Enjoyed some drinks, deep fried veggies SO GOOD! Then Garlic Ship pasta. Was a nice evening out.

Came here for a last supper with mom before she flies back to her home province. It was amazing, service was friendly and quick and all the food was delicious. Can't speak highly enough of it here, the desserts are to die for!!
