A beautifully designed Pilot Coffee Roasters location right in the middle of the PATH.The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about their coffee and espresso based drinks. Always very quick and pleasant service.I typically order the brewed coffee which has quickly become one of my favourites in downtown Toronto. Would return again, due to pretty decor, convenience and free WiFi in the path.I got an almond milk cappuccino (good though as strong as expected), and they had a great selection of scones, including an earl grey flavored one! I was lucky enough to snag a seat, but just be aware there’s seating for maybe 15 people total.

My iced mocha tasted like chocolate milk and had a very sweet aftertaste. I can usually rely on the other pilot locations so this was a big disappointment.

Convenient location along the PATH. Decent coffee with reasonable prices. They do have quite a bit of seating, but it’s always packed inside with a high-traffic, fast-paced vibe. Wouldn’t recommend for those looking for a cozy, relaxing spot. It’s definitely perfect for those who work in the financial district and need a quick caffeine fix.

Reliably decent espresso on a day to day basis with no special character to point toward, looking forward to trying their specialty filter brews. Nice quality of food as well. Service quality is average unless you're a regular.

2020.09.18. Started our journey with a walk to Pilot Coffee Roasters" at First Canadian Place. Great coffee and tastes very good. I had a hot Americano. My regular. It is becoming our stop before picking up our car rental.2020.09.04. Started the birthday special day with a coffee at "Pilot Coffee" at TD centre. Great coffee. I had my regular hot Americano. A scone to go. Definitely a must visit place."

The food is very good and the customer service also very good. The stuff is very friendly and they really like to help. This place is also very busy in the morning, not like Starbucks or Tim Horton but still you can be waiting for 5 min in the line... Their price is at par with Starbucks and more expensive than Timmy but no surprise there. I really like it and I recommend it as well. Be advised that there are located underground right beside Harry Rosen? Close to the corner between King and Bay street.

It’s a pretty decent spot to stop by on the path for a coffee break. I really liked the diversity of their food offerings. They have grab and go options like hard boiled eggs, parfaits, cold brews, etc. Their baked goods are also pretty good and they have a pretty good selection. If you prefer a milder taste to your coffee, you will probably enjoy the coffee that they offer. I would rate the coffee 5 or 6/10. It wasn’t the best coffee I’ve had but the drink was pretty well made, the roast just didn’t have a very full flavour or any other flavour profile going on. It was a slight step up from drip coffee in my opinion.
