This MoneyMart neglects to hire a 2nd teller to service increased demand on Welfare Cheque Day...only one day a month...the 2nd last Wednesdays! Reprehensible. Apparently governed by greed or stupidity iINMHO. Why should those who can least afford to pay a taxi driver $50 because the meter runs ?Mean while one teller takes 40 minutes to cash a check for someone in a que 8-deep is beyond me. I declare this place a scam.

My husband and I both called in asking about pesos and they were very kind over the phone. When I came in to get the pesos both clerks with both so lovely and kind! I had karen help me, and she was nothing but smiles! In a job where I am sure not all customers are very pleasent (I even saw one when I was there), they were cool , calm and collected! I and sorry I did not get the other girls name ( was in yesterday) but they were both top notch!

Went in late after closing hours and Heather hands down is the best professional, customer service rep ever why cause she could have easily said no sorry we're closed but instead she was sincerely kind and offered to do what I needed done and I wish more people would take note just how a little kindness and do something selfless for another is what makes Heather a great professional customer service rep and money Mart is lucky to have such a great employee like Heather!! Thanks again Heather!!!
