Amazing! I was able to book an appointment with her quick and easy. Massage was one of the best I’ve had. Lavanya really adjusts pressure to exactly what you want and need. Really focused on muscles that need the most attention while still doing a thorough full body massage within an hour. Will definitely book my next massage with her again.

Lavanya is great!She is very caring, asks about the pressure, and listens to your needs. She direct bills and, as an added bonus, she doesn't talk your ear off the whole time (I've had some pretty odd experiences with some masseuse where I know their whole life story by the end of it).I highly recommend Lavanya with Renewz Spa in Quarry Park.

I love coming here for my massages, Lavanya is great. I had one this morning (I always have the 60 min full body Swedish relaxation massage) and it was so nice, she has got it just right. But if you want it softer or more pressure or anything just ask and she will do it. I particularly enjoy the hot towel on my feet and the foot massage that follows! Her room is nice, dimly lit with a few plants and relaxing music - couldn't ask for more! She also does direct billing which makes my life much easier. Highly recommend! Thank you Lavanya! x

I had my first massage from Lavanya on Saturday and I'm so happy to say I've found my new favorite spa! She was extremely professional, the room was clean, warm and inviting and the massage itself was exactly what I wanted.She usually does deep tissue but I wanted more of a relaxing, softer massage. This was communicated before we began, she checked with me a couple of times to make sure the pressure was to my satisfaction and it was perfect.I will definitely be back and I look forward to it!

I was looking for a massage place near my home and selected Renewz Spa & Wellness for a few reasons: close to home, EASY online booking, & their ability to direct bill my insurance (AB Blue Cross). Not only did Renewz Spa fulfill all of my criteria but Lavanya is very professional, knowledgeable and just seems to have the perfect amount of pressure that I could handle. She listened when I explained my problem areas and was able to take out the knots and pains I had in my upper and lower back and left elbow. I felt so refreshed and relaxed when I was done.The room is larger than your typical sized massage room and was very clean. I was offered an option of lavender, mint or eucalyptus oil during the massage. A bottle of water is also provided for you when you are done. Highly recommend! I already booked my next appointment. =)
