AMAZING. Friendly employees greet you. Everything is well organized. On top of that, I enjoy every bit of the meals. Nothing can beat this! Way better than greasy KFC.

Very disappointed. For their prices and as many people that work there you think they could get a customers order straight. I ordered a 4 piece chicken combo, which is supposed to contain 4 pieces of chicken, a small salad, a small taters and a pop. I also ordered a small gravy to dip my taters into. But to my surprise once I got home and unpacked my order I didn’t have any taters. I’m very disappointed that I didn’t get what I ordered and paid for. Especially for the amount of time I spent there with a lot of other customers waiting patiently for my order. Makes me feel like I should of stuck wit KFC.

It is one of the pathetic service I have evr seen in my life. They don’t care whatever time you wait for the order at the restaurant after placing order. Worst is that they don’t care about their delivery drivers also. Worst experience ever from the fast food restaurant.

Never had this yummy chicken in my life!!! 100/100 for the marination recipe. Must try taters with extra spice.. sooo good.

Ordered 2 lunches one reg and one spicy. Chicken was moist but everthing was cold, it was 130pm, the store was busy. Dine in cold food is not a good start. Coleslaw was good. I think if the Chicken and taters had been hot, it would have been good. Will give it another try in a month.

The chicken is not crispy... ( Don't come )It's too expensive instead of spending $20 for 6 pieces of chicken KFC is far better.People please don't come , the dine in is very small only 6 people can fit.

Waited a bit in the drive thru but it's a busy spot. After getting use to Mary Browns while living in southern Ontario it's nice to have one in Thunder Bay. My spicy Big Mary put other chicken places to shame! Big, tender, juicy and spicy!! Will definitely be back.
