SCAM! Rude and are not helpful at all! Do NOT provide any information online or in person. They made unauthorised transactions on my credit card and when I called to complain offered a 10% refund on auauthorized transactions made for over $500

Very competitive prices. Excellent customer service. I am very satisfied with my experience with them. However there was a small glitch which I perfectly understand. Their website mentions Free shipping within Ontario" I guess that is relevant only if you are making a big purchase. My purchase was around $150 and it was a heavy item. They quoted $40 for shipping within Ontario. So I would suggest to read it as "Fee Shipping within Ontario (Conditions apply) - !!! :) Best to call and check before you make the purchase."

DO NOT TRUST!!! They used my account for UNAUTHORIZED PURCHASES and when I called to dispute the transactions they were incredibly rude and only offered a 10% refund!!! which does not amount to a QUARTER of the amount taken out from my credit card. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE services!!

Aida is very rude to deal with and does not care about keeping a good repor with her clients. She pushes cash deals ALL the time so she does not have to pay the taxes. During our regular health inspection her alcohol that she swears is approved by health canada was actually not approved and they through it out. Her products do not have the APPROVED lot number on them and business owners will be the one responsible with health canada. They made us throw out the Large bottles of alcohol and she would not refund us bc she wanted us to ship back a product that is not allowed to be sold super shady. All of her products are coming from the exact same place you can find them on amazon and green life for a fraction of the price with approved lot numbers better quality and a professional experience. If you have ever been inside this warehouse you will see how dirty it is as well. Protect your business before trusting in this company.

The one and only one in GTA for spa products supplies!! The staff are professional, helpful and friendly. Once you buy the products here, you don't have to worry about after sale at all!I bought the office chair from them 2 years ago and one of the rolling wheel is broken. It's such as waste to through the chair coz the chair is in great condition only except one wheel. So i just called them and check to see if they can change the base of the chair for me. But turn out to be even better! They put on a new wheel for me right on spot for me! with cost less than $10!! Which else spa supplier can do such repair job! Not even KYBB!!And another story is i bought the hotstone pot from KYBB, and it do not produce heat anymore after 2 years. I called KYBB first but they can do nothing only except suggest me to call manufacture, which is not showing on the pot at all. So i brought it to Top Beauty and they can repair it as well! Thank you Top Beauty! I believe they definitely will be running in this industry for another successful 20 years!

this has nothing to do with the actual store but the website is so misleading. No prices and when you choose and item it takes you to the checkout and you pay without knowing the price. It's crazy. I have never seen anything like this. Please fix that asap.
