Never again use them. They delivered dead flowers in a huge cardboard box. No water no sunlight the container was damaged so they throw that out and threw in a box. Who does this. The customer service was no help at all. They defended the driver and explained why it took five days to deliver dead flowers I. A cardboard box.

Typical shipping company. I don't deal with them unless i have to. Most of my Amazon stuff is through some company that uses all foreigners but my stuff arrives even on weekends. Don't think purolator delivers on weekends.

This is the third time now that the delivery driver has deliverd my packages to the wrong address they keep leaving it outside my elderly neighbors house my house number is perfectly visible out side my house pure incompetence and if you want me to email you my tracking number then please send me your email address and will gladly do so .Three times in a row come on.

Twice now my package was not delivered to the local courier where the tag left on my door said it would be. Instead it was brought back to their warehouse 45 minutes away and not put back on the truck for delivery the next morning as it should have been. Getting ahold of customer service took 25 minutes on hold, waiting. Now I have to try again tomorrow morning and see if they can follow these simple instructions again.

For five days straight my package was marked 'on the truck out for delivery' in my hometown. No one could tell me where it was actually located, since they did not have direct contact with the drivers. Even a day after we received the package we still received the same message. The communication within the company should be looked into and fixed.
