My son sent a Mother’s Day bouquet that arrived on Friday and today is only Wednesday. I had to pitch the two large white flowers that I am guessing were hydrangeas. They were wilted by Saturday. The four pink roses never opened but are just hanging and brown today. The lillies are the only things still alive in the entire bouquet. I changed the water daily but nothing helped. I am very disappointed as I know they would have spent a big chunk of money on this.

I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day. They where a day late but I got notified over the phone which you never see anymore! So appreciated. Turns out they just opened so wow good job guys I can’t even imagine all the orders coming in. Only two workers and they worked there butt off this Mother’s Day. I have also never seen such a beautiful bouquet. Thank you so much, great staff and beautiful flowers. Highly request choosing image by design!!!

Bought a plant for Mother's day - wanted it delivered Friday, May 7...they delivered Thursday, May 6. Also, bought something that appeared to be lavish and full. What they sent in reality is quite disappointing...different planter and a plant that looks quite Charlie Brown-ish" in comparison. Too bad. The left is what I thought I was buying - the right is what they received....:("

I love this florist! Just received my 5th order, and I'm always impressed by how the blooms can be so fresh & long-lasting, and how the designs can be so elegant & generous yet so affordable. I've lived in the area for 40 years, and I won't be ordering from any other florist.

Very disappointing. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom on Saturday May 9, 2020. On Saturday, they contacted my mother and asked her for the 3 digit code on the back of HER credit card. The flowers were going TO her not FROM her so why would she provide her credit card information. It is now Mother's Day and still no flowers and have been on hold for over an hour and they keep saying we will be right with you". If you need something delivered on time

Margarita was amazing to deal with, I was sending a close friend a condolence Cheer her up present and Boy oh Boy she was really impressed, and so was I with the great value that I got for my money, and the Service. She delivered it as well out of her delivery area. Thank you so much you made both of us Really Happy, highly recommend this gem!

Received flowers on Saturday afternoon - several of them were already wilted and hydrangea turning brown on the edges. This photo is from Sunday afternoon - 1 day later. Roses were lovely as was the tulip. Pretty sad arrangement overall.

I ordered a bouquet for my small wedding at Sauble Beach from Image by Design. Their prices were great and the customer service that I received was fantastic!Margarite talked to me on the phone and texted me pictures to help narrow down exactly what I wanted, and even matched the ribbon on my bouquet to my daughter’s dress!My flowers were hand delivered right on time, and she was very kind, wishing us well on our big day. I even got a follow up text a couple of days later to make sure I was happy with how my bouquet had turned out. I was - it was perfect, absolutely beautiful and exactly what I hoped for!I definitely recommend Image by Design!
