Sylvia / Niche reDesign is wonderful to work with. She brings her expertise to every decision big and small, which so helpful for our office space interior design work. We had a large, varied space which felt very industrial - Sylvia enhanced the key elements for our clients and staff, making the space more welcoming and warmer, while maintaining a professional and modern feel. Beyond the design touches, working with Sylvia is great - she is very collaborative, welcomed input from all staff members, and makes sure all the needs of the project are met.

We used Niche to update out master bathroom and it went fantastic. We are a very busy family and she was able to work with us, our schedule, and our challenges so well. The end result was fantastic and we get many compliments on it.

We have had Sylvia take on two projects at our house, two years apart. For both projects, we couldn't be happier with Sylvia's attention to detail, professionalism and commitment. Most recently, she managed a bathroom reno for us. She listened to our thoughts, and came up with a plan that suited us perfectly, sourcing everything we needed. The work was completed in less than 5 days, and we are extremely happy with the results. This was a relatively small project, and thanks to her it was completed professionally, and efficiently.As well, Sylvia helped us work through a complete renovation of our main floor (kitchen, living and dining rooms), taking out a wall and opening up our space, providing tons of design advice and ensuring everything worked. We trusted her completely and she came through 110%. Sylvia has very high standards for quality in her work and in the work of her sub contractors, and she ensured that this big project was completed in the time she had allotted (one month!) and that our budget was not exceeded. Sylvia provided us with several designs and renderings of a completely re-worked main floor, advised us on the best possible layouts and designs, coordinated with sub contractors, responded quickly to texts and emails, sourced flooring, cabinets, fixtures, ensured that the schedule for work completion was super tight, and thought creatively of the challenge of a small space and how to maximize use. Additionally, she eliminated the stress for us of shopping around" and facing the overwhelming choices involved. She is extremely cost conscious

The best thing that we did for our kitchen renovation was to hire Sylvia.Sylvia is extremely professional, and she made this two week kitchen renovation so easy for us. Sylvia brought us all types of samples to our house and this saved us from running all over the city to look at all the different samples. Sylvia quickly learned what our tastes were, and this saved us so much time and narrowed the choices that she brought over for us to look at.All the work was done on time and under budget and we had complete trust in Sylvia.Sylvia also has a tremendous team of trades people from her plumbers to painters to the tilers and to the cabinet installers and all trades were excellent, and to top it off all her trades were all very nice people.I would highly recommend Sylvia as she is a class act, and the job exceeded our expectations.

We had the best experience with Niche Redesign. Sylvia’s knowledge and experience was exemplary. We were overwhelmed with renovating our bathrooms it took us 2 years to finally start. Once we contacted Sylvia the process became enjoyable and we were not stressed at anytime. Sylvia is very detail orientated. The project ran seamlessly. We had one issue with the glass for the shower, Sylvia was incredible at solving the problem and making it right. She really advocated for us. I would highly recommend Sylvia to anyone who is undertaking renovations. I will use Niche Redesign for all my future renovations.
