0 Stars!!! Canada Post held a Christmas Card for 2 months then returned it as 'Undeliverable - Incorrect Address' and upon inspection, they had crossed off half of a valid postal code and then returned the card. They had no problem delivering the card for several prior years (same address label). When I request a refund for the stamp (I had to deliver the card myself, 3 months late) the fellow who answered the phone said 'sure' but then management emails to say they have done everything to fix the problem and the complaint is closed. WHAT did they do??? Nothing! And they now ignore my emails. Is it a wonder CP is having problems??? NO SERVICE, NO RESPECT, NO STARS!!

I went in to mail back jeans purchased online. My label and addresses were correct. Two days later this Canada Post location mailed the package to my home address. Somehow they incorrectly assumed that my address was the address of the recipiant. How? I still dont know. Compared to the Bankers Hall location however this place is better and faster.

it's realy SHAME for canada biggest mail company , my friend send a XPRESS package for me from Calgary and should I get it in 3 days BUT after 10 days telling on the website item CANNOT be deliver , also I can not talk to someone , only message is stay tuned !!!!!

I had a good experience with Canada Post. They kept me informed about the package status and when ready for pickup. Great job!

Visited due to I need to mail my passport to consulate.The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. She gives me details on when my package will be delivered and when I can expect it to be mailed back. Had great experience.

Rude and unprofessional service staff especially Asian guy he was so racist,unnecessary altitude.i went for enquiry about my parcel been shipped abroad to a female staff today why recipient couldn't receive yet, well understood what she saying then asian guy intrude jump in rudely I was so perplex his altitude was unnecessary and unprofessional,folks safe yourself headache and bad services by going there.Note: 639 5 Ave Sw suite 100.

I see a lot of bad reviews. I come to this office to ship a lot of international packages, including large ones with Christmas presents. Never had a problem, always found the staff very professional, extra helpful, plus with a good sense of humor, which does not hurt.

Not the best experience. I came in around 11:06 am on a Thursday. (I was on a lunch break so I took note of the time) Only one staff at the till, I was on my lunch break so I waited... Turns out there was a money transfer through money gram transaction being done. At around 11:24 am I finally spoke up and asked Are you the only one on staff" and the clerk just said. I'm the only person here right now

They lost my phone they picked up from Telus January 29th, expected delivery to me was Feb 3rd. I have to wait until the 18th before they'll deem it as lost and then I have to hope Telus sends me a new one I guess. Meanwhile I'm sure so Canada Post employee is enjoying my new phone. Useless group of people, both at this location and customer service. Waste of a business.
