Kelsey was very professional, personable and punctual. She walked me through the entire process with detailed clarity. I felt at ease with her. During the session, lots of memories and images were coming up in my mind and I felt lots of warm energy moving throughout my body. Absolutely an amazing and rewarding journey Ive gotten to experience with Kelsey. This was my first experience of reiki and it exceeded my expectations. I had been feeling stagnant and had low energy and motivation. I was also having some problems sleeping. When I told Kelsey this she tailored the session specifically to the things I wanted to achieve. She was incredibly attentive and informative. Since the session I have 3 uninterrupted nights of sleep and people have remarked that I am glowing! I really have seen an improvement in my productivity since our session and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is experiencing a bout of stress or anxiety. Very healing and calming soul with a nurturing heart. Wants to help and guide you through your breath. Kelsey in our 6 weeks helped me uncover some of my deepest truths and limiting beliefs. Working with Kelsey was much more insightful than any of the many therapists I’ve worked with! Would recommend to anyone who feels like they are chasing something but not getting anywhere, or anyone who wants to learn how to grow and heal through the breath.

Kelsey is honestly fantastic. I am relatively new to the practice of reiki and she makes it such a welcoming and warm environment. She helped me center myself and let myself heal. I definitely recommend her for reiki sessions. I might be doing another one sometime in the future!
