Daro Électrique

I recently had a thermostat that caught on fire in my basement which melted some of the wiring. I called Daro Electrique and within the same day they were able to repair the problem. The electrician was polite, helpful and very professional. I had a very good experience with this company and I definitely recommend it.

Everyone I communicated with was very professional and very friendly.I enjoyed working with them, they completed everything they said they would and even a little bit more.Out of all the other electricians I contacted, their quote, communication and professionalism trumped all the others. They made the extensive work done at my house less stressful. They also worked within the budget and offered options that fit in my price range and even completed all the work under the original quote.I would highly recommend Daro to anyone no matter the project. Everyone who came to my house was kind and performed quality work. Their costumer service surpasses any. I never experienced this level of great costumer service.Overall, if I or anyone I know need future work, Daro will be the first company that will be contacted. Excellent work! I have used Daro 2x - for an install of an EV charger and for repairs to exterior power lines after an ice storm. They were responsive, quick to make the repairs and coordinated with the arborist so we got power back quickly.

I sent this company a normal etransfer to pay them for their services and unfortunately somebody hacked their email and took the money. The money had left my account and I got confirmation from my bank that the payment was made. This company demanded I pay them again! They imposed me to do when they put a lean on my mortgage. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my entire life. This company has caused me and my family a huge amount of stress. He was a victim of fraud and he should have contacted the police instead of charging a client twice and then some (legal fees). Beware of this company!

Nous avons fait affaire à quelques reprises avec DARO pour nos travaux d'électricité (ex. panneau de génératrice, mise à jour d'un panneau 100a à 200a, installation du chauffage dans le garage, etc.) Roch, Daniel et leur équipe sont extrêmement compétents, honnêtes et compétitifs au niveau des prix. Je les recommande sans hésiter.
