I had a sump pump issue and a basement beginning to flood. I called MEC and they immediately dispatched a crew to come and get my system up and running properly.They took the time to check the main pump and the back up pump to ensure everything was working as it should be, both in the basement and outside in the external sump. They also took the time to explain how the system works and gave me piece of mind going forward. I will use them going forward.
