I'm a tenant in an apartment building. My fridge was replaced with a fridge from this company.After two weeks I had to contact my landlord as the fridge had stopped cooling completely. As this happened over the weekend, it took 3 days to receive service. Therefore, my meat was completely thawed and ruined. I let it pass.Two weeks after their repair visit, again on a weekend (Saturday), the fridge once more stopped cooling. I contacted them once more and had an 'inspection' done on the following Tuesday, with no answers as to what was going on. It is now Wednesday and I am informed by both technicians and my Landlord that they do not feel that they are required to reimburse the contents of my fridge, though they've confirmed that the unit responsible for the refrigeration needs to be replaced completely.I do not recommend this false representation of a good service.

Great customer service. The refrigerator that I chose first was turned out to be defective. I had no issue getting it checked by one of their technician at my house and then 2 weeks later the issue was back and they agreed to replace it with another unit.

Great customer service from this place. I had made a mistake in measurements and the drier wouldn’t fit. Delivery guys told the manager of the issue and I received a call not long after. I was delivered a great replacement the same day, without an additional charge. No issues with the washer and drier purchased. Very satisfied!

Been threw 4 fridge in a month and a half

Great prices and selection, cheap delivery. Great service. Our fridge had a problem before 90 days, after a repair didn’t work the replaced it no problem. Highly recommend :)
