The pros:I contacted Maor to do a full detail of my 2017 Audi A4, including the ceramic coat application. This is not an inexpensive service but I read great reviews here and felt it was worth the money. Maor got back to me promptly, answered all my questions, and we arranged for him to come do the work, which he did. We chatted for a bit and he was very nice. When he was done, the result was exceptional. The car looked almost brand new, and I was very happy. Maor even reduced his price because there were a few areas where the paint was damaged and he could not fix it. He also said he would be back in 4 days to do some touch ups because it was very hot the day he did the work. I thought wow, I really like this guy! He even provided me with a 4 year unconditional warranty.The cons:Maor never reached out to arrange another appointment after 4 days, so I texted him, and he did not respond. I texted again after a couple of days and he apologized, saying he had been out of town, but we arranged for him to come that Friday to do the work he wanted to finish and also to touch up two trouble spots I noticed. That was the Friday Rogers went down Canada-wide, and he never showed up, nor was I able to contact him. I assumed something happened and he had no way to contact me. As soon as we had cell service back, I texted him. He never responded. I texted him again, the next day, and again no response. I proceeded to text him every couple of days, asking if he was ok, and wondering when he could come. Sadly, he completely ghosted me. After 5 tries over 9 days, I gave up. I still have no idea what happened to him or why he did not respond or reach out.The recommendation:If you hire him, based on my experience, he will do an excellent job. However he does not follow up on his warranty, so before he leaves, go over your car thoroughly to see if there's anything you want him to do while he is still there.

Mark came to my house in downtown Toronto to work on my Audi A3. I had him correct the previous owner's treatment of my leather interior. He then completely detailed my exterior including Graphene coating. The quality of is work is impeccable. My car looks better than when it was new. Just beautiful. This is the most honest and fairly priced company you will find in the detailing business !!! Don't hesitate to book them ASAP.

I cannot recommend their services enough. I never use a detailing service, but I just happened to see Maor's work on a friend's vehicles, and I asked him to come and detail my truck inside and out and sealed the paint.He is very meticulous in his approach, took his time and the end result was that my truck looks and smells better then the day that I picked it up from the dealership

We had a very good experience. Maor booked us within 2 days of us calling. We had a child vomit on our leather seats... Our minivan smelled amazing and was spotless when he was done! He even cleaned our carseats for no extra charge! Maor is a very nice person to deal with.

This was ok, but not like the detailing I am used to. More like a deep vacuuming.Very nice guy!Also.. seeing the response... yes this company did detail my car and I have texts to prove it.

Look no further! This mobile detailing company did a fabulous job of our 4 year old car! It looks like it just rolled out of the Showroom! Every inch of the car was detailed to perfection. Came on time. Very professional and courteous. Very knowledgeable. Proud of his work. He deserves 10 stars! Highly recommend!
