If you find Oliver do alignments for your car that you care, well, you have won the lottery. Been his alignment customer for over 12 years. He has always been down-to-earth kind of guy and done perfect jobs. He always tries to do a dead center alignment on your car - as accurate as possible. I had a wheel alignment book but I had to cancel because when I went to get my snow tires off the people that have worked on my car previously had lost my wheel locking key.I was planning to travel to Vancouver and Ollie and said that I try and contact Nissan and see if they could help me and he said if they cannot help you please come back and I will make sure you.He said to me you cannot go on a long trip without being able to take your wheels off what will happen if you get a flat tire so after the finger pointing went on between the tire shop and the dealership this independent gracious shop owner health me out got the wheel locks off and I will come back and see him next week to get the work done on my Nissan.He is also doing work on my collector cars a 1965 Mustang fastback and a 1965 Corvette stingray I wouldn't trust anybody but him to do this work.

Did what needed to be done and was able to do it on a tight budget for me. No surprises, and now my car drives so much better.

Great to deal with. I left a message and he got back to me right away. Was also able to bring my car in that same morning. Did the alignment and gave me honest information on some issues that came up. Helped me out with diagnosing a problem I intended to look into myself.

Otto not only aligned the wheels of my car but he found a problem. There was a slight knock on acceleration. One of the motor mount bolts was moving. It was huge because it affects the whole drivetrain. He also pointed out other things with my engine. He is so into engines and cars in general, so knowledgeable it's incredible, very helpful, I can't say enough, very impressed.

Thanks to Oli, my car handles better than ever! I was having trouble with my 78 Corvette wandering all over the road and Oli quickly found the problem, fixed it, and brought it into better specs than it had at the factory! I now feel safe driving down the highway because the driveability is incredible. I highly recommend this business.

GO ELSEWHERE! Got my car back with it all mangled and scratched, shock adjuster broken, a crappy alignment and cost more than most shops. The story: Had a friend bring in my BMW M3 in the summer since I work 9-5 and this shop only does first come first serve - that should've been my first warning. He couldn't adjust the camber on my car, and pried and hammered all over the place to try and adjust it to the point that the strut tower top is all dented up, paint chipped, and my shock adjuster is broken. He claimed it was seized. A month later I went to adjust my camber for a track day it moved no problem at all - clearly he had no clue how to adjust camber even though he was talking all the talk while doing the alignment. My final read out sheet showed that he didn't change the camber at, toe was all over the place, and still had the audacity to charge $150 which is steeper than most shops - if I was there, I wouldn't have paid. My friend who took the car in emailed Olly immediately, I've tried calling a few times and no response. Olly feel free to contact me if you want to make this right. Until then, the negative review stands.

A mechanic who genuinely doesn't want to con anybody out of money. Super friendly and helped me out a ton. 100% would recommend.
