I was here due to my flight being cut short because of a technical issue. It was 4 in the morning and there were quite a few of us to be acommodated. We were looked after efficiently and courteously. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the brunch was very enjoyable. I would stay here here again, should the need arise.

DIRTY SHEETS ON YOUR BED BE CAREFUL BEFORE JUMPING IN BED. You can try to talk with manage but staff will give all sorts of excuses . once you do get in contact via messenger and email. All you get is fabricated lies to make himself look good. I do have a picture to give Corporate Office and the letters between myself and manager. But really I don't think anyone there cares. Checked in and there was a bug in our jacuzzi suite. We went to the front desk and she upgraded us to “the best room they have” it looked the same except for a partition from the bedroom and living room... we ended up going to the Radisson.

Bed was comfy, room was clean , no weird odor in the room. HVAC unit was quiet. No noise from outside was noticed by me. Staff friendly. Sadly breakfast starts so late. I had to leave before breakfast was available. Be a more reasonable place yo stay if rates were better.

I really liked the atmosphere at this place. Very clean. Beautiful fountain out front. The continental breakfast exceeded my expectations as well. The fruit was incredibly fresh and so we're the croissants. I will definitely visit here again

What kind of hotel or business doesn't have back up power??? Bad enough my husband couldn't sleep with no power for his sleep machine but no lights anywhere! halls and stairwells were pitch black, could have been very scary, could have gotten hurt or worse! Breakfast is bare minimum, wasn't worth the time to eat there unfortunately. Had to spend more money to eat out. Should look more into high dusting everything. Towels? Well you could at least leave 2 of everything when there's 2 people in a room. Ask for extra towels? Ya didn't get them. Will never stay there again!

Will never go here again. They have very poor quality rooms. Our room was by the street and it had no dark curtains, just a net curtain. All night the light was streaming in from the streets. The breakfast bar was limited to fruits, cereal and bread which tasted stale. There was not enough space and everyone was squeezing in and out from the breakfast area.

The Staff at the front desk were of little assistance and I got the impression that I was an inconvenience to them.The breakfast was limited to very little and it definitely seemed stale.The toilet bowel in my room was dangerously loose and the shower come bath has seen better days.I would hesitate to recommend this Hotel.
