Recently bought a 2020 Sportage. We had a very comfortable and easy sales experience with Raj. He has only been there for 3 weeks but handled our questions very well and made it easy for us to buy from him. Colin helped us out with the financial questions we had and made the sale process work like a dream. These two impressed me with their attentiveness to our needs and we would highly recommend anyone to go and check out Kia for you next purchase.

I had an incredible buying experience at Kia today. Travis was hands down the best sales person I’ve ever experienced - honest, to the point and pretty funny. Kelly-Lee in finance was also angel who explained every step to me along the way. I didn’t feel pressured or an ounce of regret driving off the lot. Highly recommend!

From the moment we stepped on the lot we felt so welcome. Our Sales guy Travis was fantastic, down to earth and treated us so well. Once we purchased our telluride, he celebrated with us by popping a confetti gun to make it fun. The finance manager Kelly was fantastic, super welcoming and had such a huge heart. It felt like we’ve known her our whole lives. I would highly recommend dealing with Kia Saskatoon.

Last year, we bought a 2015 Kia Sorento car in installments from the Kia company in Saskatoon, Canada, called ffun, with an unusually high interest rate of 18%, and they promised us that if you pay all the installments on time for one year and be smart, you will increase your credit. The interest rate will be reduced to at least half, so we paid all the installments on time and in full for 12 months, but when we applied, we were faced with the disrespect of the Kia officials and they made bad promises and bet that you either have to buy another car or go get a loan from your bank. And the interest rate is 18%, which unfortunately is not common anywhere in Canada, considering the credibility of Kia and our good reputation and the fact that we are your customer, I would like you to take care of it. Thank you.

Great place to purchase a vehicle! In and out within 3 hours of deciding what we wanted. Amazing quality in staff, give them your business. Kia is a technically evolving company that had converted me from purchasing another Toyota.Thanks Kia Saskatoon!

My first few experiences with the service department were good, but it's been going downhill drastically. My last time there was probably my last time there. I had an appointment booked and had my vehicle towed there. All I needed was a tire repair, but they didn't do it. I called so many times and they wouldn't answer or when they did answer they had no idea what was being done or where my car was. My car was there for 4 days before someone who knew anything called me. Travis from the sales department tracked down my paperwork which had been lost (not even his department and he was more helpful than anyone else).I went and picked up my car, put the spare on it and took it to Kal Tire where they actually repaired the completely shot" tire in half an hour. Buy your car here if you want but get it serviced elsewhere .I have a warranty on my car with kia but I'd rather pay for good service than deal with this again."

I went in not knowing what vehicle I wanted but I was looking to trade in my old car for something a little newer and my biggest thing was a vehicle that would work better in the winter. I worked with the salesman Thomas and he was amazing and right away recommended a good vehicle that would be within my budget and that day I purchased it! All the staff was friendly and went above and beyond to get me the best deal and good value on my trade in and everything else. I would definitely go back in the future!

Over 2 years of chasing down a warranty repair that still has not been completed. No call back from service manager or dealer manager. It floors me that anyone could give a good rating. On top of this I went to a tire shop and was told my tires were over inflated causing uneven wear. Only people to touch the vehicle prior were KIA service. Stay away from Ffun. Buy in another city if you are set on a brand.

All hail the service department!We had our son's car towed to the dealer after a breakdown on the road. It's his first car and he's in a different province from us so we had to communicate between him, the service department and myself via text, photos and phone calls.Our contact in the service department, thank you Lexie, made this potentially frustrating experience anything but. From the initial communication when our son brought the car in to the on-going communication between them and me as we worked through the needed work. It was clear, timely and pleasant.We did decide to do a few extra things since it was in the shop and it was no problem. They provided options when some were available and kept me updated on how it was going. No work was done without first consulting on it to decide if it was the best course forward.When the work was complete there were no surprises when it came time to ante up and we would highly recommend them to others.Thanks again to all involved from the initial contact to the guys in the shop.Much appreciated.Don and Alex

This review is 100% only for the parts department. As an automotive service provider myself I would have to say being in the industry for 30 years I’ve never seen a more incompetent parts dept. Rarely can you get through on the phone, emails go unanswered and parts ordered are either late or not ordered at all! You will be given a promise date, Poorly managed and absolutely the worst parts department in Saskatoon. Don’t even think of filing a complaint with Robert the parts manager, he’s the worst one to deal with! More than a few times I’ve had to reach out regarding orders and he simply gives you the run around. The company I work for in Saskatoon has actually switched to buying parts from Regina as they are more efficient and get things done.
