Dannburg Flooring

We recently upgraded our hardwood and chose Dannburg in Kelowna based on the amazing selection compared to other companies we visited. Pete Magnus helped us choose the perfect floor within our budget and Farley and Cade went above and beyond when they installed it. They didn't cut any corners, installation was superior craftmanship and we couldn't be happier with the final results! I would highly recommend Dannburg to anyone looking to update their flooring.

Very poor service, poor communication like the first time around with Derek. Mike Brown denied receiving any messages, claimed he's been out of town for the last two weeks despite us ordering our nosing through him last week in store. What did your two week vacation have to do with anything Mike? Mike tried to make excuses after not returning any of our phone messages from this week, blamed reception, blamed his co worker, blamed his voicemail, didn't take responsibility for his error in not communicating. Not even an apology. No way this company is #1 in Kelowna like their website claims.

We used Dannburg for our tile and wood floors and they turned out beautifully! They were very well installed and we get lots of compliments on them. We also tiled 2 of our bathrooms with them and we couldn't be happier with the way it looks. They are great about following up to make sure you are satisfied with the work and will happily fix any issues. Colleen was lovely to work with - I would certainly recommend her!Dannburg's prices are competitive and the selection is super.

Colleen at Dannburg helped us with the carpet selection for our house renovation and the colour and style turned out perfect. The installation team did a wonderful job, great guys.All in all a very satisfying experience.

Fantastic selection and pricing, but their greatest gem is Norma Schmidt who puts it all together for our clients :)

Talk to Mike Brown. 5 stars from me means I received much, much more than expected. Dave did an excellent installation job. He planned it so that we had access to the parts of the house we needed. The baseboards went back on much better than I hoped. Friendly, pleasant, thoughtfull, professional people to deal with.

We had a great experience! Not only was the help and advice in choosing a kitchen backsplash and grout top-notch. But due to a cancelation we were fit in and done in two working days less than a week after deciding. Dalyce was a whiz with working with us with colors and Dave was hands down the friendliest, talented and professional installer we have experienced in a year of renovation from various companies.The price for both the tile and install was very reasonable! Which certainly doesn't hurt!

Message from Scott Munt I got, no solutionI'm the owner of Dannburg. I understand that we have replaced a section of your floor due to heat exposure. It's unfortunate that in certain circumstances vinyl floors will have heat exposure that is beyond their capability of maintaining dimensional stability. After we came and replaced that section of flooring you were advised to take precautions to avoid the problem from recurring, such as placing a mat there or leaving the window coverings closed to prevent direct sun exposure. I appreciate that these measures may seem inconvenient, but this is what was recommended by the supplier and therefore is required to be followed. Unfortunately, because these precautions were not taken Dannburg will no longer be participating in warranty work regarding this specific concern. If you would like a second opinion, I would suggest you contact a licensed independent flooring inspector.
