Karpagam did an amazing job. She was easy to work with and made sure that I was signed up for every program available. The appointment went by quickly and I was kept in the loop about everything!!!!!!! Best experience!

Usually do my own taxes but this year decided to get someone else to do it. Much less stressful and Cheryl was wonderful to work with. I'm definitely going back next year.

Warning! Do not get your taxes done here, they are extremely incompetent. I tried to do my taxes here and was told I owe $900.00, I wasn't happy with that so I did them somewhere else and got a $1000.00 dollar return! They are untrained and unqualified, you've been warned!!

Absolutely terrible experience here! They messed up numerous times while I was just trying to pay for my tax return. Which is fine, everyone makes mistakes. What isn't ok is blaming me and talking about me like I can't hear her even though she is directly in front of me. Was not at all impressed with how I was treated and my friend who also had a return had the exact same time and was also blamed by the receptionist

Have done my taxes with H&D block for many years now and today I had the pleasure of having Cheryl do my taxes. She was very nice and explained everything very well and was very patient. Will definitely continue to bring my service here as years prior :)

Maybe don’t open your store if you don’t have any of your equipment ready.... wasted 2 hours and was told that they could not issue my refund in person only by mail, then why am I paying you over 100 dollars to do my taxes when I could do it myself and have this same process for free????
