Came here Dec 27th around 9:00pm after doing some grocery and it was absolutely appalling how this staff was and the lack of service. I watched 4 customers leave because they were not being served (they waited 10 mins and no one came to the counter) not only that happened but I waited 25 mins if not longer for my food. It was absolutely ridiculous and I will NOT be going back there.

I have tried eating here multiple times after moving from Whitby. They frequently mess up the orders. Even after requesting extra butter on egg mcmuffins, end up getting dry egg muffins and even borderline burnt sometimes.Ohh I miss my old McDonald's location in Scarborough...was so much better.The play area for kids is nice though, my son loves playing there

Food was good enough but the girl at the window was distracted by others, I had to ask twice for Ketchup with my order and also for my milk shake I had ordered. I gave it 5 stars for atmosphere as this was a drive through order and I was by myself and I'm always fantastic company so therefore the atmosphere was awesome!

Didnt get my order right and the smoothie and ice cream machines were down. In terms of McDonald's this location was pretty average.

The food would have been good except they messed up my order, the fries were small, not large.The people were at the cash talking right in front of me not even acknowledging me. But other than that

I mean, it's McDonalds so you know what you're getting. That's the whole appeal of the place, right?The move, though, is to get cheeseburgers *but* add Mac sauce to them. Trust me on this.

My fries were cold, I ordered the Chicken Big Mac which was dried out. The cheese was hard and the chicken was not warm at all. My ice tea was extremely watery.I think McDonalds can do better....

Went here with my boyfriend the other day. They served our food pretty quickly. Unfortunately when we had inspected one of our things of fries, we found a hair in it. I’m hoping this was an error with the hair nets (though it appears that they don’t wear them according to my boyfriend, but he said it was only the person taking the orders who appeared to not have one on which is alright as they weren’t making the food)

Don't usually go to McDonald's and this one makes me relies why. Food was old service was hostile and won't be back.
