Requested a quote to do work. Felipe informed he would be able to make it work at 8am the next day. Sent me a quote and when I replied, within 2 hours, he said he wasn't able to fit me in. Really left us in the lurch. Their website says they'd rather lose money that lose a client's trust"

On Dec 7th, I booked a move-out cleaning with Felipe for Dec 22nd at 4pm. This was confirmed and verified by Felipe in writing, so any excuse to claim otherwise is patently false.On Dec 22, nobody showed up. Worse, neither Felipe nor anyone else from Sanaclean responded to my texts or voicemails, which I made both shortly before 4pm and multiple times after 4. I was due to move out at end-of-day, so their no show really put be in a serious bind - their business acumen is both disappointing and unforgivably unprofessional.If you need a company that is trustworthy and shows up when agreed, look elsewhere - my experience is that Sanaclean will leave you hanging.

Felipe and Nancy are amazing human beings + really quick and efficient. Last company I used, the cleaners were purposely slow to extend cleaning time but Felipe and Nancy didnt waste a second. I really felt like they were giving their all to get everything done quickly and proficiently. This is extremely rare to find among cleaning companies that charge per hour.I will absolutely be recommending them to others and keeping their number for the future. Thanks Nancy and Felipe :)

They came on time. They were very responsive. The person Felipe whom I was referred to by a few realtors plays close attention to the work. Cleaning services were well done and the pricing is very competitive. I can be quite picky when I feel doubtful of the situation but this was not the case. Thank you

Felipe and his team have worked on a few properties with us. They are always very responsive and helpful. I appreciate that they see small things we may have missed and ask first before tackling any larger jobs they see may be needed. Great communication always. If anything is missed they are willing to come back and fix at no charge. We will definitely continue using Sanna Clean and recommend them.

Had them clean all my carpets and shampoo my sofas. Job well done, helped moved some items to get every corner cleaned. Came short notice and really helped us out. Pricing was very good. Overall happy and would use again

Felipe and the SanaClean team did an exceptional, thorough and detailed job on our first home. We called on Monday, and they were able to accommodate us on the Wednesday of the same week.
