Went here yesterday to get my taxes done. Very kind customer service. But they messed up my tax return and got a very very low $100 refund which was supposed to be at least $3200 refund back. Sooo disappointed that I even trusted them in the first place.

Best service I’ve received in years, Hong Mei Ma was so lovely and made time for us when there wasn’t a walk in available, and was an absolute expert. We were in and out in under a half hour! Taxes done, no worries! I couldn’t recommend this branch highly enough. Excellent experience. Wonderful people.

This location is great! The front desk staff is very polite and helpful. The account offers multi language services. Explain the tax report chat very clearly. They gives great explanation. I will come back for my tax report next year.

Upon sitting down with a representative, we were immediately told we had to pay $150 out of pocket for each tax year filed. No where on the site does it say that payment is required out of pocket just to start the process. Felt like a scam, so we walked out.
