Our two boys have been going to Westsyde Grappling since it opened and have really enjoyed it. Seamus and the rest of the instructors are great with all of the kids. They are all very patient and create a fun and safe learning environment for all students that attend. These classes provide good physical fitness and promote excellent social skills for the children. A great physical activity for any age group.

I love having my kids be a part of the Judo community! They have learned so much and absolutely love being there. Big thanks to Seamus for being such a huge contribution to these kids as they grow and learn. Massive recommendation for anyone looking to have their kids learn something new.

Too much Screen Time as much of a constant battle in you house as it is in ours? Here's the solution. This is such a great program in the middle of a great community. Huge room with new clean and soft mats. Coach Seamus (and his various assistants) are great coaches, he runs fun but structured classes for people of all ages. I can't recommend this program enough, it's been amazing for both my daughter's confidence and fitness.

Turning 50 and taking up Grappling.........However, I signed up and its one of the best things I have ever done. Seamus and his crew can not only roll against the best but they are great teachers and true champions of the sport in all regards.

If you are looking for an unbelievable workout, practical grappling skills, an excellent environment full of friendly and helpful people, you need to come and experience Westsyde Grappling!!! Seamus and his team are such great coaches and encourage progress in a positive way.If you have ever been curious about trying Jiu-jitsu, just come and try it! Don't wait... I did and after one class was hooked.. a year later and I am still loving it. Thanks Seamus!

This is one of the best facilities in Kamloops for training combative mat sports. Amazing coaches, excellent atmosphere, and great training partners. I couldn't recommend it enough.
