I've been in Cold Lake for last 3 days working with evacuees and I just have to say that your staff are great, very friendly, fast and productive! The BEST MCDONALDS I've been to by far..keep up the amazing work! You guys rock!

They were busy, only 2 people were helping customers, one outside and one inside, understaffing would allow them to give the optimum service but they did what they could do.. food was fresh and delicious though.

My order was missing a McDouble hamburger. Very disappointing that they didn't review the order and have the entire order in the bag. By the time we realized it, we were too far away to go back.

Not sure it was a fluke, but I received best built burger to date from this location. Extra sauce was extra sauce, extra lettuce was extra lettuce. Tea was great too, mixed to the consistent taste. Service was great, the cashier lady was very patient, smiling, and outgoing. Definitely drove up the experience. Hopefully it wasn't just luck.

Always busy in the morning but they always have my order right. Coffee was fresh and good not old or burnt. Front sever was super friendly. They were super accommodate.

Disgusting breakfast sandwich as you can see in the picture. The egg started to get black and still they put in my sandwich. Also I paid for hash brown which I never got. They could have asked me to wait for fresh Egg.FYI :- They were not busy at all as I was the only one at that time.Its really hard to make money these days we don’t wanna waste on disgusting food.

All right now I have a problem with this McDonald's first of all they charged us way too much for a small breakfast meal second of all they put meat on my sisters cheese Egg McMuffin when they should not have done it third of all of all the manager isn't doing its job the manager wouldn't do anything about it and they just offered us a free sandwich AKA and egg McMuffin so we're never going to this McDonald's ever again ever again
