Ordered a meal for the family and took it home. The burger was not what I ordered. I called and they played telephone tag with me. They wanted me to drive from our farm back into town to get another one. Angry and not wanting to drive more, I wanted to talk to the manager. They said there might be a manager in tomorrow.Check your order before leaving!

Went to bed last night with a massive headache and feeling bluh but woke up puking this morning so pretty sure I have food poisoning from my burger.

Went for a quick chubby burger since the term “fast food “means fast food or so I thought , upon driving up the speaker I was told to hold on a minute which turned to 10 minutes to then be told I would have to wait another 7 minutes for them to cook the food , I ended up leaving and using another “fast food” chain because this would have been the third time that a quick burger turned into a huge waste of time at the particular a&w location. I love a&w but this franchisee has let me down.

I got my food, and the mayo was expired on the Burger. When I brought it back to get it redone, the front desk workers were snickering amongst themselves, and making the entire experience very uncomfortable.

This location is stilll the best even though it is the oldest in Red Deer. Staff are very well managed and polite. Great food.

This location does not have A&W milkshakes at all, which disappointed the kids. The service is also very slow with employees asking drive-thru customers to wait in the parking lot for a lengthy period of time.

Found a price of plastic in my fries. Was not great we were not greeted they did not care about their job, Food was burnt.

Excellent service, very clean and staff is extremely friendly. I spilled my sweet potato fries on the floor and the cashier replaced it without even asking.
