A few times encountered the old lady on her walker at the counter. I ordered a BELT (bacon, egg, lettuce & tomatoes) sandwich and coffee specifically. She asked me 3X what kind of bagel and responded 3X as well. Afterwards she acted like she’s my mother murmuring…”for here or to go!?”….why is she so grumpy?!

I went through at 7:15 today, with zero line up in the drivethru. I ordered 2 oreo ice caps, an ice coffee and a muffin. They make me roll around and park in the front to wait for the ice caps.They bring one ice cap out. I said I ordered two. She goes back in. Comes out, Said I only ordered 1. I said I ordered 2. She said then my manager says thats 6 more dollars.F that. I ordered 2... Dont tell me I lied. The mistakes on your employee NOT ME. You lost a customer.

Spoke with the owner today about a couple of inconsistencies with the coffees and tea that we buy on a daily sometimes multiple daily basis for the last few years as we live across the street the customer service has always been top notch but sometimes the coffees has not been perfect, or made right by the time we’ve been home or on the road so today I finally called because we had for Exter large wrong. With my epilepsy I can’t just jump in the car and drive over and have them remade so I thought OK I’ll give them a call and see what can be done. I have never dealt with a better owner or a better customer service in my life. She heard me out we dealt with it like adults and she delivered the coffees to me help that I am literally two minutes away. She went over and beyond, without even having to be asked and she maintains customers for life a perfect example of a Canadian company With Canadian expectations! Anybody going by this Tim Hortons? Definitely stop by and grab your Timmys grab your you will not be disappointed with the customer service or your coffee or just go say hi and grab a drink they will go above and beyond for you!!! if I could give them 20 stars I would!!

At this location they refuse to put a sign on the door (or anywhere on the property) that states what their hours are. I've complained about this specific issue to a manager before and they still refuse to post the store hours.The dining area closes at 9 and drive through open till 11 or something like that, but every day I see people pulling on the door and trying to get in after 9, and the staff yell to them through the door the dining room is closed" ...like why not just put up a sign stating the hours of the business? Whoever manages this place has an utter lack of common sense that's all I can really say.Also has absolutely atrocious customer service

Every single time I try to go here in the evening they are closed 30min- 1 hour early, Sunday night supposed to close at 10:30 I went to drive-thru at 10 they are closed this is becoming more and more common for this location. July 9 2023

Daily pickup my breakfast from that location within 10am tp 11 am but now i think time to change. Previous staff is best but now mostly food is cold muffin are cold like frozen and hard like rock . And when i go inside and show them . They dont even care and behave rude. Please train your new staff how to cook and how to behave . We pay for that food they not giving us free so no need to show us that attitude

I do not know why we even got to this Tim Hortons. Service is so slow and we never have received the right order. I drink bottled water and refuse to drink it from the bottle. My husband asks for a glass of ice on the side and each time they want to charge me for the cardboard cup. If you want to charge for this then do not sell bottled water or let people bring in their own travel cups again so they can put ice in it. Tim Hortons in all is getting worse instead of better.

I've heard wonderful things for a long time about Tim Hortons and their coffee. I finally got the chance to try it out.The coffee was good. The service was not so good. The food was bland and tasteless. I had the Everything sausage croissant, and it was undercooked.And NO FREE REFILLS on plain coffee?!Oh well. It didn't live up to my expectations.

Always get my drinks from this place since its the only one in the area, for the last 3 years ive almost never got the drink twice even though my order never changed (iced coffee extra base) each time its either with no base, or they fill it with 3 fingers of sugar or it comes almost as dark as an americano... the employees must be trained again on making the drinks properly and consistently.
