Best Lululemon store experiences I had! Heather and Devon are attentive and helpful. Other staff are friendly and knowledgeable too during my past shopping trips. This store gives me the friendly local neighbourhood shop feel instead of cold big corporate vibe you usually get in the downtown stores.

Wow never had a worse Lulu experience. I go to do a simple exchange, they have to place the order online. I punch in the address then THE STAFF CHANGED IT. My stuff went to a completely different address. I'm not sure what kind of intellectual does that, maybe a person of negative IQ. Then they informed me a different product's defect could be repaired with a TWO MONTH waiting period. What? I went to the Guildford Lulu and my product was swapped out immediately and they shipped it to correct address. Avoid this location as it's full of clowns.

This is CERTAINLY one of the most advanced stores in the lululemon chain. The aspect that stood out most of all was the customer service. I can‘t shout out the young lady named Abby enough! She took care of my wife so well, decked her out in an entire outfit and was so kind and helpful during the entire process. Give this girl a raise, lululemon!

Ruthless service, doesn't care at all! Workers there just smiles fake. They don't really provide the service. Maybe this brand grew too rapidly and provide the equal level of service they should have. I am the regular customer of this brand and always go to that store for shopping on Saturday. On last Saturday, it was a really big NO" for me!!! I took my two little kids together and I wanted to buy a coat

A very negative experience at store .On February 11th, I bought this pair of pants on clearance. (70$) at the Vancouver store (2101 W 4th Ave, Vancouver, BC V6K 1N7). The next day when I was wearing it, I felt uncomfortable. I noticed that the cashier made a mistake forgot to remove one of the security tags inside of one the pocket. Since the tag is very small, it’s not very noticeable.On February 17th, I brought this pair of pants to the store close to my home in order to remove the tag before work.It was early in the morning and there were no other customers in the store as I walked in. I walked straight to the checkout counter and described my purpose to the male cashier and showed him the tag. He said he will have a look. I handed this pair of pants over to him, and he spent quite a while examining the pants without removing the tag right away. Then he started asking me questions and asked me to provide email address.At that moment, I felt that he was suspecting that I stole that pair of pants from the store. I was in a hurry going to work, and expect this to be an easy quick fix as this was a mistake made by the another Lululemon cashier in the first place. As a result, I didn’t want to waste my energy and time telling him my email address and waiting him to look up in the system.I asked if he could just remove the tag, then he said “Well, let’s try something else.”I asked him right way, “why do you need my email address? You guys made a mistake and I have to waste time driving to the store and now you are wasting more of my time”He couldn’t give me a valid reason and was not willing to remove the tag as I notice the machine is just 1 inch next to his hand on the table.I asked him “Is it because you suspect that I stole this pair of pants?”He was unable to answer any of my questions.Then he asked me if I have the receipt for it. As I did a lot of shopping on that day buying that pair of pants, I had no idea where the receipt was. I thought I was going have a hard time if I could not find the receipt.At that moment he was trying to search the other pocket. Luckily, I didn’t realize that I left the receipt inside the other pocket. But even if I had the receipt and knew where it is, I would not be willing to show him the receipt.Eventually, only after he spent time reading the receipt. Then he was able to remove the tag for me.I asked for his name, and he said he is the store manager.This is just a $70 pair of pants on clearance. Jesus, I'm wearing a $20k Rolex and live in a $1.5m townhouse. Why would I waste time stealing a 70$ pants?will never buy from Lululemon again.

I’m very frustrated with the management at this store and their lack of accountability. My wife put two items on hold until the end of the day because she wanted help deciding between to different colours/styles. When she brought me and the kids out to help choose two hours later, we walked in to them selling one of the products to another customer. We were informed by the sales associate that she wasn’t actually allowed to hold these items and so they had to sell it- inconsiderately resulting in wasting our entire family’s time. While I understand this policy, it is very frustrating to me that the manager did not have the courtesy to come explain, apologize, or offer a solution. The experience is also frustrating because if the sales associate had known the policy my wife could have just purchased both colours and then returned the one she didn’t prefer. Since the sales representative had already agreed to put the item on hold though, the logical thing would have been to maintain this agreement and then inform us of the policy for the future. The learning mistake of the sales associate should not negatively impact a customer. I don’t believe this is the sales associate’s fault, but an issue with management. I’m bothering writing this review because this is not the first time we have been disappointed with customer service at this location.

I went in to get some align leggings hemmed into shorts since I read online that they do free Hemings, only to be told that they only do hems up to 5” off the length due to their seamstress and not being allowed to alter one item into a new one (pants to shorts). I then called the lululemon help line to inquire if this was normal and they told me that they shouldn’t be doing that as it is against their company policy. I went back into the store and asked if all the local Lulus use the same seamstress and they said yes. I then drove all the way to Langley to get my leggings hemmed into shorts with no problems and they apologized on behalf of the South Surrey store. Don’t waste your time and just go to any other store but this one if you want something hemmed.

Staff are friendly but as usual, athletic stores are fatphobic. I have a lot of gear from Lululemon but I always purchase online. This was my first time in a physical store in years and there was nothing even remotely close to my size (18). I found one shirt that was ok and then ended up going to my car in the parking lot and purchasing three items on the website. It’s frustrating that brands don’t stock bigger sizes in store. Do better

Horrible customer service. Picked up my sports bra (which had no cover) with a brown stain on the receipt paper - GROSS! They don’t even care to print another paper. Hygienic issue?
