I called Ivan after we had a small flood in our condo and our wood area rug in the living got soaked. He came in a timely fashion that day and provided a thorough estimate. He has a great knowledge of carpet products. Given the timely pick up and cleaning the carpet was returned to normal and did not require any special treatment. Ivan is also polite, trustworthy and honest. He did not ask for payment until I had inspected the carpet after cleaning. Highly recommend Mind Carpet cleaning.

We used Mint for upholstery cleaning for our nice new couch which had an unfortunate encounter with cat urine. I am very glad we went with them! Ivan was very prompt with his replies and we managed to schedule an appointment within the week. When he came he did a very thorough job and I could tell he takes pride in his work. He even came back the next day to check up and confirm the smell was gone, as he explained that wicking can sometimes cause deeper reservoir in the cushion to be drawn out as it dries. He gave a quick extra treatment to one cushion that had wicked a bit. I was very impressed! Most of all I found his demeanor really nice - professional, polite, and with a nice approach which made me feel very comfortable. I really felt I could relax and trust him in my home which I find can be rare when getting work done. We plan to call him back for a routine maintenance cleaning job on our other couch as well now. This company is wonderful- very friendly, thoughtful, helpful and my couch looks brand new after getting dirtier and dirtier for ten years.

They are awesome!! Ivan picked up and dropped off our rug. When he brought it over when it was done, we did not even recognize it! It was cleaner than when we first ever got it. The pee odours are gone and all the stains too (and it's a mostly white carpet too). He was so nice, took all the Covid-19 precautions, and helped us get the carpet exactly where we wanted it within the apartment. Highly recommend!!!

We first used Ivan three years ago when we purchased a home and wanted the carpets cleaned prior to moving in. Ivan was polite, professional, thoughtful and thorough. He explained the cleaning process in detail and was upfront about which stains could and could not be removed. We were very pleased with the end result.Recently, when our toddler was sick on his bedroom carpet, we knew we'd contact Ivan right away. Ivan and his associate did a great job removing the stain, as well as cleaning the rest of the room. They were unfazed by our screaming toddler and barking dog and moved their large equipment out of view to keep our son and dog comfortable.I highly recommend Ivan's services and wouldn't hesitate to use him again in the future.

Ivan was knowledgeable, professional and did a great job! He was quick and organized. He was kind enough to accommodate us on short notice and run us through the process of how the carpet was going to be cleaned. He also gave great advice on long term carpet care.
