We recently had the pleasure of experiencing an exceptional pedicure service at Romantic Nails and Spa in Regina. From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted with warmth and friendliness that set the tone for a fantastic experience.The salon was beautifully decorated and had a peaceful atmosphere that immediately put us at ease. My nail technician was attentive and professional, taking the time to listen to my needs and ensuring that I was comfortable throughout the entire process.The pedicure service itself was beyond luxurious. The products used were of the highest quality, and every detail was taken care of with precision and care. The massage was the perfect touch, providing just the right amount of pressure to leave me feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.The polish application was flawless, and my toes looked stunning. The nail technician took great care to ensure that the color was applied evenly and that there were no smudges or imperfections.Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better pedicure experience. Romantic Nails and Spa exceeded my expectations in every way, and we would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a fantastic pedicure experience. pedicure is good, but girl if you want a nice aesthetic set this is not the place to go! i showed a reference picture of my previous set and got the complete opposite. the nails were bulky and big, nail polish design was uneven and ugly.i love my pedicure but if you wanta proper set go somewhere else!!

I had the most gentle gel nail removal, the manicurist took their time and was checking in with the pressure and heat often! I would recommend this salon.

My mother recently had a horrendous experience at Romantic Nail & Spa. She received a full pedicure and a single nail repair, in which both were completely defective. I don't have a picture of the poor nail repair unfortunately, but the childlike pedicure picture speaks for itself.Details below:- First time was a good experience, but the last two times were unacceptable.- Careless lower leg / foot massages, wash, rinse and lotion.- Didn’t remove all the old nail polish from toes and inattentively painted over it.- Lumpy and uneven nail polish application with orange and clear coat polish left on skin.- Unclean and childlike applications.- Paid $5 for nail repair, yet the wrong colour was applied plus my mother tipped on top of everything. Paying $75 in total.Romantic Nail & Spa is an absolute disgrace and my mother deserves her money back, in which they refuse to do.

I don’t often write reviews, but I have been very disappointed in my experience with acrylic nails. The staff are always so friendly and kind and the environment of the salon is great. However, my last two sets of acrylic nails I have had to come back and have fixed. I understand telling the nail technician what you like or don’t like during the process, but sometimes it’s difficult to notice until after the nails are completed. My set prior to this, done in the Spring time, was not acceptable at all. I’m very grateful that the team was able to bring me in and fix up my nails before the event I had that upcoming weekend and they looked great. However, this last time my nails did not resemble the reference photo I provided at all. I messaged and asked if they could fill in my tips all black to fix this problem and I was brought in the next day. Again, the staff were pleasant and kind and asked me if I liked my nails. I did, but I quickly noticed the next day the tips were blurred and fading as if they hadn’t fully dried and smudged. I also noticed white flecks in the black tips as if the black was chipping off. For $70+ I am very disappointed in the quality and outcome of my nails and I don’t want to continue returning to have a fresh set fixed when the things needing adjustments are basic things that should be noticed by a nail technician. Again, the staff are so polite, kind, and accommodating but the quality of work is not great.

Friendly staff but super disappointed.I visited yesterday and I paied $65 for a basic black acrylic nails. As soon as I got home i noticed my nails did not look the same or even similar. All the lengths were different and not the same shape...I called back and let them know I wasn't happy and they offered to fix them. I went back and the ladies were super nice which I appreciated.A new employee was assigned to me and she did her best to fix them. NICO was her name and I loved her.However I found out that I was charged $5 extra because of my length.... the same length Nico had to cut because they had messed it up lolAlso I have never had someone charge me extra for length!!!! And I promise you the original length was not THAT long....The 2 stars are simply because of how nice Nico was and how comfortable she made me feel.I'm still not happy with the nails and definitely upset about the extra charge as the original nails were not much longer than the photo I'm posting. Stright up a joke. And in a way stealing...

Hannah was awesome. She was very thorough with my nails, and her painting was near perfect, she got as close to the edges as possible and the coverage is awesome. They are holding up well despite my clumsy ways. I will try to book with her every time from now on. Thanks Hannah!

We regularly go to this place for years for pedi and the service is impressively consistent and top notch no matter who the attending staff is. Place is always clean, all the staff are hardworking and friendly. We live on the east side and have anumber ot nail salons around but we don’t mind going all the way to Harbour Landing because of them!
