A big 2 thumbs up to Applewood for fixing my new XT5. Was having an issue with the siren going off for no reason, they found that the problem was a faulty switch, ordered a new one and problem solved. Thanks to Marco, Tayssar, and Kevin for their professionalism.

I brought my vehicle for transmission service to this place. It was my first time at Applewood Cadillac and it was excellent!My service advisor Marco was very nice, friendly and professional. He provide excellent customer service. The price was better than other places! For no extra charge, my vehicle was completely checked including brakes, alignment, shocks, battery. Marco advised what services should be done in near future and provided estimated price. Service was done in 2 hours, exactly as promised.

We were traveling and had brake trouble…they took us right in without an appointment and fixed our problem and got us on the road again…staff was great and kept us informed and waiting lounge was comfortable with every amenity.they even washed our vehicle! So glad we chose Applewood to help us!

I waited 2 days for my apointment, after dropping my vehicle off I was told diagnosis was done and the trouble was fixed. After getting home only to find my problem is still there. So I paid to still have the same problem......not happy at all.

Worst RESPONSE FROM A SALE MAN(TONY) WHEN ASKED FOR A TEST DRIVE : HAVE YOU NOT SEEN ONE ON THE ROAD. ?I have . and i will take my business some where i can test drive a car. Applewood , you must be doing great amount of business to be able to tell off a client like this. This will be #1 on list of 10 best ways to loose a client.

Excellent customer service by John Lima & Phil Glorioso. Quick and easy appointments and confirmations conveniently online. Nice complimentary waiting area with tv, wifi & computer to keep you busy while you wait for your vehicle. Can also enjoy a free cappuccino or purchase a meal in their cafe. Service was completed accurately and efficiently. Great experience and service team.
