IKEA Moncton Collection Point

I received message that my order was ok to pickup up and then I went to pick up... Wen I arrived there they said was not ready ... I really don't understand why they don't message me just wen the order is really ready to pick up. I will give one star cuz is not possible to give less than that.

They can't keep this place (assumption blvd) fully staffed so they are around 3 weeks behind unpacking deliceries to be scanned. Very poor communication between here & IKEA resulting in many frustrated customers. Call & confirm where your delivery is before going there.

I ordered delivery to my home lot of furniture along with the dining set of 4 chairs and table. On the next day after all the stuff came I started to assemble the furniture and when 4 chairs were done I opened a box with table and figured out there is no table's top, only legs. I contacted with Ikea and they told me that they can't deliver lost thing now since they do not have it. Ok I can wait, but it turned out that I need to send back the all set and wait a month for another one. So now I need to disassemble all the chairs because I did not receive a part of the table. I checked forums and looks like such occasion is common and nothing changes with time. Don't waste time and money, choose another furniture supplier. Sorry IKEA, 1 star.

Purchased all new bedroom furniture and was told it would arrive in 3 weeks. Had our whole room redone to fit it including electrical work and got rid of our furniture only to be told the furniture was still in Halifax and would not be shipped to Moncton. Spent hours and days trying to resolve with Ikea, still no response.

Excellent service at the IKEA Moncton Collection point. Items arrived on time and the warehouse staff person was efficient and friendly.

Please open a location in Moncton NB. It's crazy that we have to drive more than 2 hours to access the actual warehouse

Simple drop in and collect! About time something like this existed so you don't have to trek to Halifax to pick up some things.

Sameday is likely the worse choice of partners Ikea could have ever selected. This place is unfriendly, unhelpful and they just want you to leave as soon as you step in. Be careful because they handle your packages with the least amount of care right in front of your eyes.
