Kayleigh has been my go to stylist for a couple of years now, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my blonde! She is always professional and does an amazing job each time. All of the ladies at Kouture are super friendly and welcoming and I would highly recommend the salon to anyone looking!

I have naturally curly hair and am always nervous to try a new salon. Kelly was fantastic! She took the time to listen to how I wanted my hair, explained different options for a curly hair cut, and gave some styling tips. My hair turned out fantastic and the layers are perfect!

Extremely disorganized and unprofessional. Not once but twice have I (or a family member) shown up for an appointment and no one has been there or they messed up the dates on our appointments when booking.My mother drove two hours to get here for our appointment to get our hair done before my wedding and I was called 15 mins before the appointment time to state there was a 'mix-up' with the appointment. I also live 30 mins out of town and was driving so 15 mins for a cancellation that was a mistake on the end of the salon is a bit ridiculous. My husband never received a call and arrived to locked doors and no one there. No one ever followed up with him or apologized. I should've stopped coming here at that point but I figured benefit of the doubt, stuff happens, compassion, understanding etc. Two strikes you're out. Never again will I give this place my business or recommend them to anyone in the area. And their offer to get us in on the following Monday (another 4+ hour drive for my mom), not to mention I have my own schedule and limited availability is far too little too late.P.s. to your response: compassion and understanding goes both ways. You have no idea what I or my family have been through this past year and a half and can't begin to fathom how much it meant to my mom and I to simply get our hair done together.P.p.s getting your employees to dilute negative reviews is a super nice touch.

The hair stylist was argumentative and didn't understand what my intention for my hair, when I tried to explain what my intention was she became dismissive and refused to acknowledge that she could have done a better job. For such a expensive hair style and colour, I would expect some respect as a customer. Would never go there again and will never recommend either.

Always a wonderful experience at Kouture. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. I have very difficult hair to manage and I wouldn’t trust anyone but Kelly to cut and style my hair. She is the best. The spa is also a great feature! All my manicures are beautifully done and reasonably priced. Best salon in town.

I have booked a dozen appointments with a stylist here, and only got to see her twice. Every appointment is cancelled last minute with new, varying excuses each time.I am rebooked and then cancelled on again. The last straw was when a third rebooking was cancelled in a row. My time was not respected.

I don't know how you can call yourself a business when you repeatedly fail to fulfill the most basic aspect of running a salon - booking appointments and fulfilling them. Perhaps consider walk-in only or come back to the game when you buy a calendar.Response to owner: this isn't the first time you've neglected an appointment. Own up to it without making an excuse and try to have compassion and understanding for what your clients are experiencing in these situation. Don't make appointments you can't keep, this applies to every business that takes itself even remotely seriously. Good luck with your future endeavours.
