There is not enough reviews for Trina. She knows what colours match my skin tone, I never feel rushed, they last for more than 4 weeks, and very detailed oriented. I always get compliments and I trust Trina's advice for nail design.

I have been seeing Trina monthly for probably around 3 years now and I am never disappointed! Every time I get a compliment on my nails, I always recommend Exquisite Nails, and specifically Trina.

Total experience: overwhelmingly underwhelmingI walked in yesterday to get a manicure done for my birthday. I got only the mani without the cure. The nail tech filed my nails and the skin around it, and even though she cut the cuticles, it seemed the air around my cuticles got more service. My previous nail services at another salon bar was traumatic, they filed all 10 layers of my nails that I began to have tingling and numbness and my nails were completely brittle- took me 3 months to grow out my nails and heal.So I decided to give it another go and try another salon.I had requested for regular nail polish but there was a break in communication and I had a shellac done. I was directed to a nail polish stall to select the colour I wanted- I chose the colors, one of the polish was dried beyond repair. In fact, I was just asking the nail tech- I had Kim, the name of the polish she was using and the whole salon staff broke into their language and one lady in particular looked really upset- raising her eyebrows and using her hands to point in my direction. I asked severally what was going on and reluctantly, Kim said she had done the wrong service for me.When it was all set and done and time to pay, I was charged for regular polish I think hence the extra star. I will defend them and say it was late, I was a walk in and everyone was tired. Kim was nice, not very talkative which I appreciated. I did give a tip- I would have given more if I was wowed but sadly that did not happen.Others: while painting my nails, Kim used her long finger nails to remove any excess polish and that was painful and uncomfortable. The saloon was a bit noisy and almost needed to increase the tone of my voice just to be heard and lots of “huh”Pictures below.I live in the area and was hoping to find a nail salon that I can call my own but I guess the search is still on. I don’t think I will back anytime soon and so can’t recommend it.

Tracey is the most amazing nail technician in downtown Calgary. I have been to a couple places in downtown, so far exquisite nails charges the most reasonable price with great service. All other ladies are very friendly and professional as well. The place is always very clean.

Trina is an absolute queen. I’ve been going to see her for close to 3 years now and I have never been disappointed once. Everytime I go I say “these are the best yet!”. Flawless!

I absolutely adore this nail salon, without a doubt. It is impeccably clean, exudes professionalism, and has a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The service they provide is consistently outstanding, and the prices are fair. I am truly fond of the wonderful staff at this salon!

I recently went to exquisite with a friend and had the worst experience ever! We even made an appointment and Tracey was so rude and unprofessional she turned us away because my friend wanted to do something a little extra with her nails. So terrible stay away from here if you want a welcoming and relaxing spa day!!

The manicure was not complete and it was rushed. In the end, she said I'm good to go after only drying for 5 mins. By the time I reached home, two of the nails were chipped.
